Pros:

Sebastian the manager was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. Very peaceful and quiet. Will definitely be back!

Pros:

Although not close to many amenities- we managed very well without a car for 4 nights - used the local bus at the end of the road & Uber - hotel opposite has a bar & restaurant but equally happy to make a few meals. Pool was great, enjoyed the stay. Breakfast fabulous! Walked to Manzanillo & enjoyed the quiet beach.

Pros:

Excellent place for the final stop of our honeymoon. Ideal 200m walk to the beach and 15 minutes drive from Puerto Viejo.
Breakfast each morning was authentic and the surroundings were impressive with toucans each morning at breakfast.

Pros:

We stayed 3 nights in Kanik and it was great. The host Sebastian is just great. He is so friendly and makes sure you feel at home.
The location is 20 min by car from Puerto Viejo so you are not far from the town with bars/restaurants etc but far enough to avoid the mass of people.
Great beach accessible a few meters from the hotel.
It was just perfect! I strongly recommend this place!
