Pros:

Wir waren zu fünft (mit 3 Kindern) in der Villa, einem kleinen Häuschen etwas unterhalb des Hauptgebäudes. Dieses ist wunderschön, mitten in der Natur (einmal hatten wir Äffchen auf dem Dach), sauber und geräumig. Auch sonst waren alle sehr freundlich und wir haben den schönen Pool genossen.

1. La simpatía y amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron.
2. El equilibrio y la belleza de la naturaleza.
3. La limpieza de la habitación y baño.
4. La comida muy rica y muy buena las porciones y precios.
5. El recibimiento con una bebida saludable y refrescante.

Cons:

1. La calle para ingresar hasta el hotel es de lastre. Sería mucho mejor si la asfaltaran.
2. No hay buena rotulación en la calle para lograr ubicar la entrada. Creo que hace falta más rótulos indicando cual es la calle que dirige al hotel. Letras grandes y que diga la distancia que se debe recorrer.
3. Considero importante que el personal también tenga dominio del idioma francés, pues no todos los francófonos saben español o inglés. Me parecería bien una capacitación en ese idioma.

Excelente calidad-precio
Pros:

Las instalaciones son bonitas y muy aseadas. La comida del restaurante estaba muy bien y el personal muy atento y amable.

Como puntos a considerar:
1. El clima estuvo muy fuerte en un lapso de 6 horas y salieron dos goteras en la habitación, lo cual nos incomodó un poco, pero al clima bajar bastante, corrimos las camas y ya está.
2. El acceso al hotel (calle) está un poco fea, sin embargo, es accesible hasta con sedan!
3. Los precios de las bebidas (gaseosas y cervezas), si las vi un poco elevadas.

Selvom jeg fik en bekræftelse på reservationen og en til samme dag som jeg skulle ankomme. Viste det sig at hotellet ikke havde nogle værelser til os. Det ene point får de da receptionisten hjalp os med at finde en akut løsning for natten. Vi endte derefter på ophold med airb&b.

Really nice and clean, accommodating staff, decent restaurant right at the hotel, pool was nice as well. It's just a good hotel with the proper "hotel experience" and a decent location, would definitely recommend.

Atendimento dos funcionario é otimo. Atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

Chuveiro somente com agua fria. Não esquente. Prepare-se para tomar banho frio. Tinha que ficar abrindo e fechando a todo momento para tentar um pouco de agua quente. Banheiro preciso de reforma e de modernização

Usually I don’t like to give low rates. But that was the worst experience I ever had. When we check in. All that stuff was on my bed(attached picture), breakfast didn’t have to much options, tried to book something but had a really hard time because the reception didn’t know any English had to do it with google translate(but with that I’m ok)
From 7 am to 10 pm they play music soooo loud you can’t sleep or take a nap. the next day our room wasn’t cleaned until 5pm when we went outside and asked the cleaning lady to come and clean, same with the next day. They dont have a note to place on the door when you want privacy, and the cleaning lady wake me up the next day from my nap (I tried..)to come clean(at least she came that time…) I was sick of the hotel so I cut my trip short , the manager who was really rude the entire time blamed me for not being happy and just complaining…. Also really weird to do to client but ok… I just payed for another night and left because I could take it anymore. Not worth the money at all

El ambiente es muy bonito, pero las habitaciones que nos tocaron, si bien amplias , eran oscuras y no lucia lo agradable

Buena vista, la pileta era muy bonita

Cons:

Al llegar el colchón de una habitación requirió ser cambiado, ya que no estaba en condiciones
Las duchas no tienen suficiente presión de agua. No hay secador de pelo, hay que requerir uno prestado en recepción.
No tienen ganchos los baños para colgar toallas.
No hay buena señalización para llegar al hotel.

Si no vas temprano a desayunar, quedan pocas cosas.

Very beautiful view and clean. Nice swimming pool, very good breakfast! We loved our stay there.
We could see monkeys, toucan and parrots from our room.

Cons:

We didn’t have wifi in our room just in the balcony and the public areas.
