Funcionárias fantásticas e excelente localização.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. Dá para fazer tudo a pé.
Saindo do hotel à esquerda, haverá uma grande avenida, atravessando, e há poucos metros, está a Plaza de Armas e o Palácio de Lá Moneda. Virando a direta dessa avenida tem vários restaurastes e uma feirinha de artesanato muito legal. Perto de metrô é muito comércio.
A rua do hotel é bastante tranquila, sempre há muitos turistas tirando fotos.
Porém o que é mais relevante é a gentileza das funcionárias, ás 4:30 da madrugada, levantei para viajar e tive a grata surpresa de encontrar café da manhã, nesse horário, feito pela funcionária Maria de Boa Vontade, Maria merece todos os elogios. Uma funcionaria que estava na recepção dia 15/10/26, á tarde, que não recordo o nome é fantástica muito gentil .
Recomendo muito esse hotel, só quem tem problema de mobilidade, tem escadas, mas é de boa, nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem.

Pros:

Me gustó el silencio, no se escucha nada del ruido de la calle, la cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas, dormi muy bien las cinco noches que me quedé, la estación de tren esta a unos pasos, y hay muchos lugares turísticos cerca.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar el desayuno, hacerlo un poco mas variado. Y poner mas ganchos para colocar las toallas en el baño.
