Great cabin, poor service
Pros:

It’s all about the cabin. Comfortable, nice, fancy and unique. The lake is gorgeous. A great experience into the woods. But, there is no service. Receptionist is there only at the time of checkin or checkout… otherwise you cannot find anyone around the hotel. Nor even at the breakfast. There is only a cook who come once to bring you some scrambled eggs and disappear into the kitchen. The breakfast is poor. Not many options.
And, they didn’t turn on the lights of the hotel at night twice. I almost missed the entrance which is by the road, cause the sign was switched off. And I had the leave the car turned on the find my way until my cabin and turn on some lights.

Pros:

My family and I enjoyed this unique property. The outdoor space, the view of the mountains, lake front property and the close proximity to Pucon was great. Breakfast was great to start off your day. Beds were comfortable, not crowded at all for summer season. It was very tranquil and relaxing. We will most definitely go back and stay at this property again.

Pros:

The dome rooms were beautiful and rustic and fit in perfectly with the natural surroundings. The interiors were clean and well appointed, with heating and cooling. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good.

You couldn’t beat the lakeside location for views and strolls along the volcanic rocky beach.

We spent four nights there and could have spent way longer, exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Dome Hotel Stay
Pros:

It was an excellent stay. The dome was comfy and warm. It was located within a canopy of trees and right in front of the lake. The only item that needs to be improved is to have warmer water from the shower. We had a few issues with cold showers. However, the daily breakfast was wonderful.
