Great hosts, comfy design, wonderful view. Very helpful!

Very cosy and tranquil stay. We loved feeling close to nature and being out of the main town. We could see animals from our bedroom window.

Carlos was really helpful with recommendations, taxis and storing our luggage before we went down to Patagonia. We couldn’t wait to get back to Bories guest house after our trek, we knew it would be warm and comfortable to rest and recover after a week in the outdoors camping.

ALL in this property is to like. The owner, Carlos, is the perfect host - always providing good tips for our trip and with an attention to detail and customer service that are hard to find. The Guest House is perfect - at night, it is great to seat at the living room to see the fireplace fire and recharge for next day. Puerto Bories is a great quiet location - with many things to explore at walking distance - including the museum and bar at The Singular Hotel. Also, if you are planning to do the Balmaceda and Serrano Boat Tour, you can just walk from the hotel to Puerto Bories harbor to get in the boat (2 minute walk).
Our room was impeccable - and the breakfast was natural and fresh - a great treat to start the day.
Puerto Natales is just 5 minutes by Uber/Taxi.
Hands-off this is an incredible place to stay! Highly recommended!

A very charming and cosy small hotel with marvelous view to the mountain and sea. Every corner is properly arranged and decorated in a natural and comfortable way. You just feel like at home. The owner Carlos was very friendly and helpful. And he is a great photographer too and all the photos from him hanging in the hotel bring a lot of special character to the place. Totally enjoy the stay. Whenever possible, I would like to come back again to enjoy winter in Patagonia.

Very comfortable inn type of lodging. Carlos the host was very friendly and helpful, and lined up a guided visit of the Torres del Paine park with of his suppliers. Great breakfast. Quiet location outside of town, and a cheap taxi ride to town.

The house is beautiful and very welcoming. The owners are extremely kind and friendly, and you can immediately feel that they truly love what they do. Everything is arranged with great care and attention to detail.

Carlos is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond for his guests. He exceeded all our expectations in accommodating our questions and needs, especially regarding my husband’s celiac disease and his requirement for gluten free food. Carlos made sure that everything was safe, thoughtful, and carefully prepared, which gave us great peace of mind. We are forever grateful for his kindness, attentiveness and care.

The guest house itself is very charming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home. After long days of exploring Patagonia, it was the perfect place to relax.

It is a boutique hotel and very clean. Staff are very friendly and manager Raphael Lim is wonderful. You feel very welcome at the hotel. It is very clean and close to the main street of El Calafate.

Amazing stay with lovely hosts

Quiet, welcoming, bed and breakfast overlooking a field and the water. Warm, gracious, very helpful hosts. Lovely sitting area for reading or having a coffee or glass of wine (honor bar) while enjoying the view. Excellent breakfasts. Quiet. Comfortable bedrooms.
Easy to get a taxi or Uber to/from airport. Ditto for going downtown (<10min) if you want to explore or have dinner.
