La atención del personal especialmente Geral, es una persona que atiende consultas, esta en recepción, sirve desayuno y siempre atiende con una sonrisa y es muy amable, felicito por la excelente atención que brinda.
En desayunos hay tres alternativas, las tres son muy buenas en preparación y cantidad.

Die Lage war nicht wie beschrieben und vis à vis vom Hotel hat ein Handwerksbetrieb den ganzen Tag viel Lärm gemacht.

Cons:

Die Lage, das Frühstück und der Poolbereich. Der Strand war auch ziemlich weit weg.

Bien placé (à Tortuguero de toute façon c'est très petit) bon rapport qualité prix, et nous avons été très bien pris en charge dès le parking. Un point en plus pour le service qui organise les sorties (mec très sympa)

Cons:

Pas de douche chaude (mais il fait généralement chaud) et une literie limite. C'est tout

Séjour agréable pour les 2 nuits, dans la mesure où on n’y reste pas toute la journée puisque les activités aux alentour

La comunicación fluida con Priscilla que te ayuda permanentemente online. Todo el sistema de recogida en Pavona y llegar con seguridad fue lo mejor.

Es un hotel sencillo para pasar una o dos noches. Resulta costoso para lo que ofrece y por su infraestructura.

Tienen toque de queda a las 7pm, después de esa hora no permiten ni hablar.

Cons:

La piscina no se encuentra en el alojamiento, si no en otro hotel y las habitaciones no tienen televisión.

Fuimos a pasar año nuevo ahí, una fecha festiva, sin embargo, pasó lloviendo todos los días y no había mucho que hacer, así que nos tocó quedarnos en la habitación que no tiene ni televisión para entretenerse.
Afuera de la habitación hay una mesita y unas sillas para estar afuera, así que nos sentamos ahí a jugar naipe como a las 8pm y el guarda nos dijo que no podíamos sentarnos ahí, porque resulta que la hora de silencio es a las 7pm, obedecimos y entramos a la habitación a seguir jugando y el guarda llegaba a tocarnos la puerta a cada rato indicando que no podíamos ni siquiera conversar, eso hizo que la estadía se volviera sumamente incómoda.
En resumen, no recomiendo el lugar para personas que quieren ir a pasarla bien, lo recomiendo para abuelitos que se duermen a las 7pm😬
El alojamiento es para gringos, no es pura vida.
