Ubicación y comodidad
Todo estaba muy bien
Convenient for a stay before flying, comfortable, spacious rooms with good amenities including TV streaming services. Swimming pool was great, as was the free shuttle to the airport the morning after our stay. Gym also good.
The aircon in our room didn’t work (fortunately we were moved rooms). The staff seemed a bit lackadaisical (eg they knew we were waiting for the shuttle in reception but didn’t tell us it arrived).
Currency exchange is not offered as listed.
Breakfast has a very limited array of options and is not replenished enough. Additional amenities (eg laundry, evening meals, snacks etc) are extortionate.
Me gustaron las instalaciones, la lipieza y condiciones del lugar
La atención del personal de recepción fue de poca ayuda, llamaba a pedir paños y no me los subian, ademas a la llegada la de recepción fue muy descortés
Really pleased with our stay here, very comfortable for an airport hotel. Nice outside area with a pool and chairs and loungers. Staff were really friendly. Very helpfully on the same ‘strip’ with places to eat and a convenience store too. And a free shuttle in the morning to the airport. Deffo recommend for if you need a place to stay the night before a flight, or just after arriving.
Not a dislike, more of a tip. This hotel is pretty isolated from interesting things to do in Costa Rica, I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay for a full vacation unless you had a hire car. It’s very much convenient for the airport
The Location is why we stayed for our early flight the next day. The breakfast was very good
The wifi strength is terrible
Close to the airport!
Only one bottle of water for my wife and I????
What does one more bottle of water cost????
Bathroom fan doesn’t work?
Pocket door doesn’t lock? Only two bath towels available?
Tv was all Spanish??? And 1975 programs.
The cost for Canadian $255.00
We are in the Marriott in Toronto now and less and comes with parking. 235$
Thankyou
Your staff at front desk and breakfast were very nice/helpful.
Room was nice front desk was nice
The worst service in the restaurant I’ve ever had anywhere. When I arrived in the restaurant it was busy. I understand. I’ve worked in restaurants for more than 20 years. I’ve traveled to more than 40 countries all over the world. Took more than 20 minutes for someone to come to my table. I ordered a beer and my dinner. Beer came immediately. It was 40 minutes more before someone came back to ask if I would like another beer. I said no thanks just a glass of water and perhaps my food. By then there were only 2 other tables. 25 minutes later no glass of water and no food. I went to the bar to ask what happened to my water and my food. They said sorry we’re so busy. There was only one table eating so I asked if you’re so busy where are all the people. Should I walk down to KFC for dinner? Miraculously my food appears. They said do you want your food or not. I said I’m starving and of course I would like to eat. The food was cold and not very good. I ate a little and asked for the check. First time in my life I left no tip. Being still hungry I went to the mini store and was going to buy a small ice cream pop. $14. Never mind. Went to bed hungry. I expected better service at a Hilton
