Close to airport and clean
Staff running this Hotel
I would never recommend this stay to anybody even if its convenient location to the airport! My family (3 year old and 6 month old baby) Stayed here the night before our 7am flight. Breakfast was not open when we had to leave, WIFI was 1/10 speeds. We requested a crib which didn't come until 8:30pm due to staff going out of their way to get another from Sister Hotel. Shower leaked looooots of water as the door doesn't seal so had to clean up to prevent damage. Matience staff looked like they were working their asses off to help customers and they deserve a raise! This room cost us $420 CAD for what should be a $150 Hotel MAX! Also at check in, they did not mention we needed to book a shuttle to the airport and by 8pm all the times had been booked and we were forced to call a Taxi. The owner of this property should be ashamed of themselves. 0 Star Hotel! Staff (minus check in) were fantastic. Hope the owner pays them well!
The breakfast was a wonderful mix of Costa Rican foods, with fresh juices and fruits. There was plenty of fresh hot coffee. The location of the breakfast area was near the pool, so eating poolside was an option.
The water pressure in the bathrooms could have been stronger and the temperature of the water was tepid at best. This combination could have been better for a solid shower experience.

It really is just a regular Hampton, like everywhere else. Pool area is nice.
The price for the room is quite crazy for what you get. The pool bar/restaurant could have a bigger selection, but that is quite expensive as well. Rooms are small, but clean.

We booked this hotel primarily for its location. Secondly, because of the chain’s good reputation. Thirdly, for the on-site, we included breakfast.
Our plane left too early to get the breakfast. Reception offered a ‘to go’ option. It was disappointing as it contained high sugar, prepackaged snacks. The muffin and granola bar contained more grams of sugar than I eat in a week. That was accompanied by an apple (also high sugar).
The restaurant menu and drinks were ridiculously high priced.
Pratique parce que c'est proche de l'aéroport mais un peu bruyant... très bel hôtel... pratiquement tout rénové... le petit déjeuner est très bon pour un petit buffet quand même assez varié et surtout très propre... le personnel est par contre un peu lent et manque d'amabilité...! 🤔🙂
Le petit-déjeuner était tout-à-fait adéquat. L’emplacement était plus que parfait! Tous les employés, serviables, aimables et répondant à nos besoins. Le service de navette très apprécié également 😊.

The food was amazing. So glad Gallo Pinto was on the breakfast bar. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Stayed here because of the proximity to the airport, but was impressed by everything at this hotel.

I felt the hotel was expensive, especially for Costa Rica. I have paid the same price in other Hiltons with bigger rooms and queen beds. The room was small. The beds were doubles, not queens. We were 3 people and the couple squeezed into the double bed.

Hilton Honors is a joke. Hilton did not have any record of my reservation via Booking in my Honors account. Early checkin didn't work. If booked with Hilton would have cost me substantially more!
