Posada Nena Caribe

Space is beautiful, bathroom shower clogged, no garbage can, comfy room though. Cable channels don’t really work

Decent homestay type property. Large rooms and bathrooms. But… gardens smelt of smoke during the day which was attributed to ‘neighbour’. I consider it over priced for a basic hotel room with no breakfast.

Litet familjehotell med lummig trädgård o trevliga, enkla rum.

Lovely small hotel with very nice personel.The room was nice with good beds and a nice sitting area outside the room. Close to the Beach and good restaurants.

Not happy at all

Pousada muito bem localizada, segura. Quartos confortáveis com ar condicionado

El personal es muy atento y cordial.

Pretty obvious that the owner cares for foreign tourist only not locals, since he greeted everyone at anytime but the Costarricans (us)

Hay varias cosas que no recuerdo haber visto en la publicación del lugar, como que tienen siempre disponible agua caliente y diferentes tés para que te prepares al gusto, galletitas y café.
Tiene zona de convivencia con mesas y sombrillas, espacio con hamaca afuera de cada habitación.
y servicio de toallas para cuando uno va a la playa entre otras cosas

Not a stunning place, it is more like a hostel

Tolle Unterkunft, die eigene Hängematte war ein Highlight für mich.

Perfect stay and service!

Wonderful room, immaculately clean, super comfortable bed. Free coffee at the front desk area, a welcome Sangria, a great value. What's not to like? My new favorite hotel in Puerto Viejo.

Well located hotel, comfortable beds and ok shower. My only cocern are the two rooms that are below another. I was allocated one, and the idea of it beung a comfort room is laughable. The people in the room above wete like a herd of elephants on the ceiling. No insullation at all. Also the youth hostel next door regularly ruins the quiet vibe of the area by paying very loud music, again no insulation so some rooms get it head on. Sunday mornings are nice.

The property and room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay at the Posada Nena. The location was amazing, juste a few minutes away from all the action without the noise. The room was just what we needed and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom could have used a bite more cleaning but overall it was ok. The room could be improved with furniture and / or hooks to hang our clothes. The site of the hotel is super cute with a private balcony for every room with a view on a beautiful tropical garden. We would come back because we feel like it was a good affordable accommodation very well located.
