Ellie is a great host and made my stay very comfortable.

No reciben a los huéspedes después de las 9:00 pm. Cuando llegué me dijeron que no tenían reservación de parte de expedia y que debía pagarle a ella si no me tenía que ir. Ya Expedia me cobró y el Hotel me volvió a cobrar la misma cantidad y me dice que le debo cobrar a Expedia la devolución. La habitación de terror.

I did not like the room and the fact there was no AC

I’ve stayed there several times over the years and it hasn’t changed since my first stay… quiet and friendly area and the rooms are clean with a large shower and bathroom area… highly recommend, especially when needing something close to the airport… great seafood restaurant around the corner (Marisquería Cangrejo Rojo) and shopping down the street.

La dame à la réception est très gentille. Elle s'occupe de réserver pour nous un taxi pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Personnel attentionné. Endroit propre. Calme.

Ellie was kind and wonderful. We came in after 9pm with our 3 kids and needed to leave at 4 am. She checked us in and ordered us an extra large taxi and woke 3:45 to make sure the taxi came and we got off to the airport.

Very basic, no AC. Suites realy?

A nice, basic, clean place with everything you need and no frills. If you have a car, you can park it safely within their gates. It helps if you speak Spanish, but we managed to communicate. There are good restaurants and other necessities within walking distance and it's very convenient for the airport.

Clean, but no breakfast included nor for a fee. I did not see coffee anywhere. Nearest cafe was apparently a couple of blocks away. Check-in closes at 9pm, but that was not made clear to me. My flight arrived at 10pm.

¡Acogedor y familiar! La mejor opción para hospedarse con la familia cerca del aeropuerto, además se puede ir fácilmente a centros comerciales y otros puntos de interés que están muy cerca. Nos gustó mucho la seguridad en el parqueo.

An excellent place to stay if you are traveling in Costa Rica, it's very quick to get to the airport (5 minutes approx.), you can also visit the capital, it's very easy and quick access both by public transport and by car! The attention from the staff is the best, the rooms surrounded by a garden and its decoration make you live the essence that you are in Costa Rica.

The best option if you are looking for a place to stay near the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose, it takes 5 minutes to get there, the rooms are very nice and the service is excellent.

Excelente hospedaje en el gran área metropolitana de Costa Rica, tiene una ubicación privilegiada para poder movilizarse al aeropuerto y muchos más puntos de interés, ofrecen una excelente atención al cliente. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo!
