Hotel Palmera Real Hot Springs

las piscinas muy bonitas, no estaban atestadas de gente asi que podian disfrutarse bien, el agua a buena temperatura (desde tibia a caliente). Las habitaciones tenian olor a humedad, y eso hacia muy incomoda la estadia. Las camas regular. Sabanas, toallas muy limpias y disponibles para hacer recambios, personal muy agradable.

Nice ppl nice staff and very inexpensive but the bed could have been more comfortable and there were sounds of engines or a motor or something all night. I didnt sleep well. Close to dowtown la fortuna

It was a mistake booking here. It's basically a cheap motel with hot springs that aren't hot. Thin walls and lots of noise. I was lucky to get a parking spot, but I arrived early. I hardly slept. There are lots of hot springs hotels nearby.

Good place for people who wants to rest and quiet place

I enjoyed my stay, and that is actually a lot to say, about a hotel. Not any one particular thing, although the staff were excellent, both in their jobs and their attitudes. They even dealt with LaFortuna's Christmas crush with equilibrium. Returning is definitely on my agenda, although maybe not at Christmas next time.

No es el mejor lugar

Absolutely loved staying here it is more of a laidback and quiet property which was exactly what me and my wife were looking for. The springs are amazing. And overall it was just the ideal hotel for our laidback vacation.

Hospedagem muito boa com a vantagem de ter piscinas com águas termais na frente do apartamento. Cama confortável, wi-fi funcionando muito bem, chuveiro bom!

Price was good. Did not meet expectations based on amenities described. Hot springs just warm, deluxe triple room was extremely small. Dining hours of operation did not match actual times being open.

Cockroaches, dirty pool, dated rooms, leaky toilet, noisy, not convenient to any restaurants. So disappointed.

Great location and very reasonable prices.

Nice hot spring water pools. Top one is the warmest but you can still sit for a long period of time. Rooms are basic. Ours had a double and single bed with a nice bathroom and sitting area outside. Had to ask for a small refrigerator, but they provided one. No coffee pot, kettle, nor microwave. Private restaurant that's pretty good at the road, but not much else within walking distance.

Excellent beautiful property!! A great value for affordable price. We LOVED the Rainforest Cafe on site - food and drinks are wonderful and staff was lovely-- and the hot springs on site were also wonderful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No frills but totally fine for 2 adults and 2 young kids. The staff were helpful. If you aren't fussy, this is a great place. One thing to consider is that if you don't have a car, it isn't walkable so youll need to call a taxi (nothing is too far though). Not a big deal but FYI. Amazing view of Arenal right in front of you at the restaurant.
