Fint hotell med boutiquekänsla.
Pros:

Snyggt inredda, rymliga rum med bekväma sängar. Vi älskade vår terrass utan insyn i höjd med trädtopparna. Fantastisk frukost. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Om man skall önska något skulle det vara att någonstans ha möjlighet att sitta i solen.

Stylischste Unterkunft in Puerto Viejo
Pros:

Sehr stylische Unterkunft mit tollem Interieur Design, kleinem Outdoor Gym und sehr leckerem Frühstück. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Kein gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer anzubieten und stattdessen eine 0,5L Flasche mit 1.800 CRC zu berechnen, passt nicht zum Standard des Hotels und sollte dringend angepasst werden.

Super hotel, personnel au top, manque d’étanchéité du bungalow et température de l’eau
Pros:

Les parties « commune » de l’hôtel, le bungalow, le personnel

Cons:

Piscine privé pas chauffé, l’eau de la douche fraîche le soir, l’étanchéité du bungalow (cafards qui rentrent dans la chambre malgré qu’elle soit fermée)

Pros:

A boutique hotel with not too many guests. Great food and nice rooms. We had a Suite with separate pool which was small but still nice for a quick refresh. Hotel staff were very attentive and always there to assist. Location also close to the little town and beach.

Cons:

They should provide 2 small towels per room with 2 guests instead of only one. Fruit serving at breakfast could be varied a little. Sunday cleaning wasn't up to the standards compared to the other days. Wifi was not stable at all times. TV could have been bigger in relation to the room size.

Pros:

Die wunderschöne und gepflegte gesamte Anlage.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat sich hin und wieder aufgehängt. Aber das sehr freundliche Personal war sofort zur Stelle. War wirklich eine Kleingkeit. Kurz den Resetknopf gedrückt und die Anlage lief wieder.

Es realmente bonito, decorado con mucho gusto y tranquilo. El personal muy amable. El desayuno está rico. Es agradable y puedes ir andando al pueblo sin problema.

Cons:

Para el precio que tiene, esperas un poco mas de calidad en ciertos detalles/servicios. Me pareció un gesto feo que te den 20 dólares de regalo para probar el restaurante pero tiene tantos condicionantes que cuando lo vas a usar no te lo aplican…, ni siquiera aunque te hayas gastado 100 dólares en cenar una sola persona… (a mi no me aplicaron el descuento porque cené una hora más tarde del horario en que se debía gastar ese bono, que por lo visto es entre las 18.00 y las 19.30… para mí eso es hora de merendar, no de cenar; no leí toda la letra pequeña, así que culpa mía, pero aun así no pude evitar la sensación de que me habían tomado un poco el pelo). O que las toallas de la piscina estén muy viejas y llenas de agujeros… no son cosas relevantes, son solo algunos detalles que se deberían cuidar más en un sitio así.

Schöner Aufenthalt, hat aber auch seinen Preis
Pros:

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage und tolle Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Der kleine private Pool war auch schön, müsste aber mal gewartet werden, da die Ablaufabdeckung lose war. Die Frühstücksoptionen waren schön hergerichtet und schmackhaft

Cons:

Unser Fernseher hatte keine TV Funktion, lediglich Filme. Nach Meldung an der Rezeption sagte man uns entsprechende Einstellung zu, was aber nicht passierte. War für uns aber keine Katastrophe.
