Perfect stay to unwind and relax
Pros:

Very attentive and super kind staff that made our stay absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean, as was everything else in the hotel. The restaurant and food were excellent. Would 100% recommend.

Für ein paar Tage Erholung an der Karibik genau richtig
Pros:

Das Essen war sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Das Zimmer war super sauber, wurde jeden Tag gemacht und das Personal freundlich. Die Anlage war super gepflegt und Parkplätze genügen vorhanden.

Cons:

Zu aufhängen der nassen Klamotten wäre eine weitere Option im Zimmer gut gewesen.

Personeel (Angie en de rest) waren super vriendelijk en hielpen je goed waar nodig, fijne communicatie. Het verblijf is schoon en mooi. Locatie is perfect.

Alto custo para o que oferece. Não deveria ser classificado com 5 estrelas.

Hotel butique, lindo, paisagens maravilhosas, quarto confortável, estacionamento privativo. Atendentes atenciosos, principalmente elogios a atendente Nicole que nos atendeu com simpatia e sempre sorriso no rosto.o quarto tinha uma vista incrível, hotel muito bom para descansar.

Cons:

Custo beneficio não compensa. Para um Hotel 5 estrelas com o custo mais alto dos hotéis que ficamos na costa Rica, esperávamos mais do Hotel. Ar condicionado velho e não dava conta de refrigerar adequadamente, quarto com pé direito alto e não bloqueava a luminosidade, então assim que amanhecia o quarto ficava totalmente iluminado. Hotel não possui estrutura em nenhuma praia da região, Café da manhã a la carte gourmet servido em pouca quantidade e pedidos adicionais diferentes eram cobrados á parte, exemplo era oferecido 2 frutas de suco . se pedisse outro tipo de fruta era cobrado a parte. Piscina pequena e não era aquecida.

Relaxing and great customer service
Pros:

Beautiful rooms very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Very relaxing stay the whole hotel has a spa like feel to it. Good breakfast and pool area. They even upgraded our room to one double the size with a private pool on our last night which was a lovely surprise as our stay had already been great, couldn’t fault them!

Luxus with a convenient location
Pros:

All of the staff members are so sweet and accommodating. We stayed in one of the Villas and they are absolutely amazing, so much space you don't even know what to do with yourself! The whole hotel is maintained so beautifully it is all just picture perfect. They go out of their way to make things happen for you (special wishes at breakfast for example) and everything is very clean. The location is extremely convenient, very close to puerto viejo (few minutes by foot and you're in the center) but never loud.

Cons:

The sunbeds at the pool are not really practical or comfortable. They are basically chairs, which you can not move or change the angle of so the pool area was not really made for a "pool day".
There was veery little waterpressure in the showers.

Spitzenklasse!
Pros:

Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Prachtvolle Gartenanlage und perfekt eingebettete Bungalows mit Privatpool und Hotelzimmer. Agutis und Faultiere in der Anlage inbegriffen. Äusserst zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Nichts. Es ist unser Lieblingshotel weltweit.
