Pros:

Room was dirty. Bathroom shower barely worked and there’s a 1 towel per day limit. So there’s 2 of us in a room and we were only allowed 1 towel!

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Enugu over the Christmas period and it’s not bad. It’s a smaller hotel and the rooms are an ok size. I love they have a lounge area and sit down area. The room service was good as well. When I booked I was told complimentary breakfast but that was non existent . I can say that customer service was good. As far as improvement when a guest checks in to a new room I don’t expect to see my pillowcase or sheets with holes or stains. Although this was fixed immediately. I actually would probably stay here again when im in Enugu if it doesn’t go downhill
