Pros:

Das Essen war gut, das Personal auch sehr nett un professionell. Aber es gab viele Mangel im Zimmer. Mir wurde zweimal das Zimmer getauscht, weil es irgendwie immer Probleme gab.

Pros:

The elevator kept not working. My room was on the 5th floor. Then they moved me to their other property which was not as nice. Had to ask for housekeeping and the air conditioner at either place kept going off. The staff was very nice when asked for something. I checked out 1 day earlier and wasnt refunded. Plus when had a guess come they added what they got from the bar to my tab without my permission. Would not stay here again. Bed was also very hard at the second hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is under renovation which was not mentioned when booking. Internet and telecoms were not working. They did not put on the generator when the electricity went off and made excuses about using the inverter which did not carry the fan or AC. The generator was only put on after I insisted. All in all there's vast room for improvement

Friendly with Reasonable rate hotel
Pros:

The staff was amazing and accommodating they made sure that I was ok. The restaurant at the hotel however was out of alot of ingredients and made me wait some times. But I would stay at hotel again we forgot something and they contacted us immediately
