Pros:

It was horrible at excel Oriental hotel. There was no hot water, mosquitoes bites me. Blood of the killed mosquitoes stains on wall and my pillow. The keys damaged and I force to pay #5000. White sheets were brown. The bed mattress were press down in the middle. Toilet seats bad and cover. Bathroom mould on bath top. TV not working, internet not working.

Pros:

Property was great for the most part. Only thing is the reason I chose this hotel was because on booking it said there was a free airport shuttle. Upon checking in we were told we had to pay 10,000 naira for the shuttle. This was false advertising and I was not prepared to pay for the extra transport fee. We did also ask for an extra towel as there was only one for a room booked for 2 people that never came.

Property is dirty, Air condition was only turned off on request. The shower stall is dirty and the water flows slowly.
i had to check out on my first day of three days booking, I received no refund of part of my money.

Pictures of property look nicer than it is
Pros:

Booked online so didn’t know what to expect. Once I got there it looked like an abandoned building. The room was clean but most of the outlets didn’t work and shower was falling apart. I ended up staying anyway cause it’s very close to the airport and I had an early flight the next day.

Not key card operated. No lotion, no shower enclosure. Get you pay for. Price reflects amenities. For bachelors and loners, not a family hotel

The bedding smelled like it wasn't dried well after being washed, however, the staff were very helpful
