Rich Bridge Hotel

Room has no Microwave. Toilets seat cover was broken. No coffee/tea spoon, Tv channels are boring.

I loved that the security at the gate was detailed. There were numerous security guards and soldiers with guns. They searched every car entering the premises thoroughly both underneath the car and in the trunk. Staff were very helpful , responsive and friendly.

There was no meal choice with breakfast. What they serve (eggs in tomato sauce) my husband could not eat and I was allergic to tomatoes

Internet services need to be improved on. My room was changed twice due to internet connectivity. Aside that, it is a good place to stay. Food prices can be lowered, too expensive for now.

Everything was perfect for me at the hotel except the issue of attendants being in charge of the room keys

It is immaculately clean and quiet, it situated in a safe environment. The staff members: Vivian, Esther, Deborah, Emmanuel and Timothy were very courteous…Thank you!

The staff, there delicious breakfast, and amenities are just fit for the cost. In addition accessibility: walking distance to Jabi Lake Mall and about two kilometers to Eden Gardin Club where you can have a chilled beer and hot delicious peper soup.
Rich Bridge hotel is my Go To whenever I'm visiting Abuja, Nigeria

The property was not like in the photos, cleanliness was lacking. There was a strong damp smell throughout the hotel and there seemed to be a big problem with flies. It was so bad I had to check out early.
However the staff were great it’s just unfortunate how bad the hotel is.

Ruined my wedding

Firstly, this is my first ever bad review, which I feel compelled to share.

Upon my arrival, there was confusion about my booking. The receptionist asked me to take a seat as the room was being “prepared.” She called her manager, who then told her to give me any room that was available. The receptionist also stated that I’d receive a text from the manager giving me the code to my room. I stayed there for 10 nights and never received any text from the manager.

The pillow, sheets, and bathroom were very dirty. I was truly shocked at how dirty the pillows were.

I notified the receptionist on day one that the safe in my room wasn’t working. No one addressed this issues after 10 days of being there.

On several occasions, there was no water coming out of faucets or shower. I had to call the front desk every time I encountered this issue, and they’d check and the water would magically come back on. Mind boggling that you have to ask permission to use the restroom on your own hotel room.

Every time I took a shower, the bathroom would always flood because the drains in the shower would back up, and I’d be showing in a pool of water. Not only did the bathroom flood, the water would flow all the way to the room, and I’d have to clean it up.

I was woken up out of my sleep around 9am on checkout day, and reminded that I had to be out of the room by noon. I told them I’d like to extend until 6pm, and was charged for a full day. I received a call at 5:59pm asking if I was out.

The hotel is nice & clean with comfortable beds. The staff is wonderful! They're all friendly & very helpful.

Great service as always. Especially from the manager and Esther. The manager made sure that my pickup ride from the airport was prompt and safe. The cleaning crew is on point too. They just need to work on the breakfast options and kitchen. Also I never got my VIP status wine even though I asked for it severally.
