Clean rooms and infrastructure. The staff made it a wonderful experience. Amel and David were exceptional in ensuring everything went well. The rooftop lounge was a good touch. The kitchen was also responsive.

The only issue was that the keycard to the elevator was unreliable and never worked. I had to rely on getting help most of my stay. I hope this can be resolved.

Pros:

The property is pretending to be posh but cannot get basics right. Your booking considered as a room for one person, so your partner is the one who is charged for all additional extras. We only got one bath towel on arrival and no bath mat. Waited hours to be delivered. Coffee facilities had one coffee sachet, one green tea, one milk, and one sugar. Breakfast is a joke. Only one breakfast is included in your stay so you need to pay 8 USD if your partner wants to have breakfast too. My partner finished with her breakfast before I confirmed that I agree to pay for mine after argument with their managment. Our elite room which supposed to be better compared to standard one was so noisy that I don't believe that I had to pay extra for it. Street noise and cars beeping horns all night on entering the hotel compaund don't give you a chance to sleep at all. Highly recommend to avoid this chaos by any costs.

Pros:

I personally found the room to be extremely small and tight, however I realize that I have American standards of comfort and might be biased. However, it was nice for an evening stay. A few updates are recommended. The most rewarding was the service that I received. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
