Hotel espectacular.

Si van a Uvita necesitan hospedarse en Hotel Yuli, las habitaciones son súper amplias, limpias, cómodas, con un estilo boho-chic y cuentan con aire acondicionado.

Nuestra habitación tenía tina, regadera fija y de mano. Puedes utilizar el shampoo y acondicionador del lugar, huelen riquísimo.

Las instalaciones se ven muy nuevas, todo está rodeado de plantas y árboles que hacen que se vea súper bonito.

La piscina es amplia, con una profundidad máxima de más o menos 1.55 metros, muy limpia, camastros cómodos y muy instagrameable.

Tiene una cocina comunitaria, si es que quieres cocinar algo, sino, puedes comer en el Restaurante “Ruby” que está a 5 minutos o cenar en el restaurante del hotel que se llama “Sebas”

La calidez de Gretel y Henry son únicas, ayudan en todo momento a los huéspedes y están al pendiente de todo.

Sin duda, regresaríamos a hospedarme en mi próxima visita al país. :)

Pros:

We have stayed here several times, but never again. The parking is terrible. The walls are thin. The restaurant plays loud music too late at night. The staff will not ensure that loud gusts stop making noise late at night. The patio doors don’t work well. Theee are better places to stay in Uvita.

Tolles Hotel, aber …

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel. Neuwertig und modern. Toller Pool, großes schickes Zimmer. Fußläufig zum Strand. Parkplätze etwas knapp.
Aber: das angrenzende Restaurant beschallt das ganze Hotel mit unangemessen lauter Musik bis nach 10:00 Uhr abends. Die Lautstärke ist mehr wie in einer Kneipe. Auf dem Balkon sitzen ist kaum möglich. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es noch sehr laut. Trotz des eigentlich tollen Hotels würde wir deshalb nicht wieder kommen.

Pros:

The front desk guy was ok, better than the girl. I hardly slept as I got woken up around 630 or 645 by cleaners outside my room. I couldn't go to sleep early as I was next to the bar. The staff didn't tell me that when you go to the park/beach, you can't pay admission with cash. So I had to walk back with all my stuff to get a card. Irritating. There is limited parking in the lot, so had to park on the road.

Really bad experience with the hotel
Pros:

Really bad. After a long trip from Santa Teresa to Uvita we arrived at Yuli to check in. They told me they haven’t had a room for me and that my reservation was for a day after. I had my reservation confirmation and showed them it was on that day that we arrived. They didn’t had any room for us (I made the reservation one or two months before). They gave us an alternative for the night, an airb&b which was nice. Still we lost a lot of time, also for the next day we had to do the check in at yuli at 2 so we couldn’t do any long activities. I asked if they could somehow make up for it and they told me they would check and never answered anything. Also they say they have laundry service which isn’t true. They have a contact and you give her your clothes and pay extra so she picks the clothes up and brings them back. Also, our room was by the restaurant which was soooo loud.
The receptionist were really nice and friendly though and helped with the tours and everything.

Es lindo, grato pero tiene algunas incomodidades
Pros:

Las dependencias son geniales, habitaciones grandes, se ven como nuevas. La limpieza y el baño todo muy bien. El personal es muy atento y amable.
La piscina es exquisita.
Sin embargo, las camas son incómodas como si estuvieran viejas o sin resorte.
Tampoco Tiene TV.
Adentro del establecimiento hay un bar que tampoco funciona todos los días. Tampoco hay servicio de desayuno todos los días.

Primero nos asignaron la habitación 13 que no tenía agua caliente, y después nos cambiaron. Fue incómodo porque no nos preguntaron o no nos dijeron antes.
Igual, amablemente nos cambiaron, pero deberían especificar las condiciones.

As I red multiples complaints about the loud music on Trip Advisor, well they just don't give a quack. Loud music from noon t'il ten everyday. Not a place to relax. Location is alright. Must pay to go to the beach 3 min walk nearby. If you want to relax...don't go there
