Pros:

714 Studios provides an economical efficiency apartment for a stay in San Jose. The room was stocked with the basics to include: oven, microwave, full size fridge with freezer, coffee maker, blender, utensils, and cookware. A nice rainfall shower head in the walk in shower. A comfortable bed with clean linen and comfy pillows. One area lacking is no proper clothes rack for hangers and the room was somewhat stuffy for air flow. With a fan only, might get hot during the hot months of the year. Overall, I was pleased and the property managers provided me with a warm welcome. I recommend 714 Studios for the traveller seeking value while touring the city. Several fantastic restraunts and cafes near by including a specialty coffee shop just around the corner.

Pros:

It was a short stay, and overall it was fine. The bathroom faucets need maintenance — the hot water one seems to be broken. One of the sheets we found was a bit dirty. The house in general has a strong musty smell, and the water in one of the interior patios is stagnant due to the pump not working, which resulted in many mosquitoes. The curtains also need maintenance. It would be great if screens were added to the glass doors so you could sleep with them open and keep mosquitoes out.

Se encuentra limpio, en una zona segura y muy bonita de San José, a un par de cuadras del parque La Sabana y el estadio de futbol.

Es un lugar pequeño pero muy acogedor, con las amenidades necesarias para que la estancia sea cómoda.
Está localizado en una zona muy bonita y segura. Tener a dos cuadras el parque es un plus.

Very basic. Like renting a room at someone’s home. Living area was not pretty but room is functional. No air conditioning. One set of towels for 4 days. It’s super cheap

Buena ubicación.
Las señoritas de seguridad de la puerta muy amables siempre.
Lugar limpio y todo se ve nuevo
Wifi excelente
La cama es cómoda, las almohadas no mucho.
Contras:
La TV nunca funcionó
La caja de seguridad estaba con las barras de fuera y no se podía cerrar
La regadera tenía un problema que estaba mal nivelada la puerta y se abría, terminaba todo el piso del baño encharcado.
