We are a Hotel embodied in a historic building, with its original façade and details but remodeled for your comfort.

Aure is located in the heart of the Yungay neighborhood, a neighborhood with a very important heritage value and close to many attractions and restaurants. The property is located 98 feet from La Peluquería Francesa, 98 feet from Museo Taller, 1312 feet from Plaza Yungay, 1148 feet from Espacio Gárgola, 2297 feet from Parque Quinta Normal and 2297 feet from the Museum of the Memory of Santiago

Each room has been carefully and uniquely decorated and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms at Casa Aure have a balcony and a small living room. The rooms include bed linen, towels and amenities.

Casa Aure serves an à la carte breakfast. Staff at the reception speak English and Spanish and provide practical information about the area and surroundings.

Ideal
Pros:

Es segunda vez que me alojo en el Hotel, y en general todo es excelente, limpio, cómodo y aesthetic… el personal es muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno también.

Cons:

Tiene un pequeño detalle que es que no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque en verano tienen ventiladores y en invierno calefacción.

Enjoying comfort, convenience, and personal attention in Santiago at Hotel Casa Aure

The hotel is located in a quirky, funky neighborhood that is ideal for enjoying architecture and street art while partaking of several nearby museums nearby including the Museo de la Memoria y Derechos Humanos, which should be on the itinerary of everyone who visits Santiago. There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel as well. As for the hotel itself, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Although it was summertime, the oscillating fans provided were quiet and kept me comfortably cool for sleeping and anytime else I was in the room. The breakfast provided was a happy surprise. It was ample and varied and offered fruit and other healthy options. Should you want eggs, they will be prepared to order for you by the attentive staff. Speaking of staff, I really cannot thank and praise Benjamin and Erick enough for all they did to ensure I had a pleasant stay. They are two very genuinely friendly, helpful guys who take their jobs seriously and work hard to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. I am glad I found Hotel Casa Aure and booked a stay there. I would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation.

Cons:

This didn't detract at all from my stay, but providing a bottle of drinking water in the room would have been nice and appreciated.

Alles stimmt: sauber, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, warmes Wasser , gemütliches Bett, tolles Frühstück, immer Wasser, Tee und Obst verfügbar… Nicht verrückt machen lassen wegen „ schlechter Gegend“! Bestimmt muss man vorsichtig sein, das scheint aber fast für die ganze Stadt zu gelten- wir hatten keine Probleme. Schräg gegenüber ist ein wirklich hervorragendes Restaurant PELUQUERIA FRANCESCA., ganz heißer Tip ;) Auch das Café Brunet genau gegenüber ist nicht schlecht.

No geral, foi muito boa. O custo benefício é perfeito para quem quer conhecer a cidade.
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a vários museus e restaurantes. Também tem estações de metrô próximas. Para quem quer conhecer o centro histórico da cidade, é perfeito.
É limpo, cama confortável e chuveiro bom. O café da manhã é bom.
Os funcionários são muito gentis, simpáticos e prestativos.
Indicaram passeios e o transfer para o aeroporto, com preços bons.

Cons:

Visitamos a cidade no verão. Estava muito quente e o quarto estava abafado. Não tem ar condicionado nem frigobar no quarto. O ventilador disponibilizado não foi suficiente. Acabamos dormindo com a janela aberta.

Pros:

Nice staff and rooms are clean and comfortable. The mozzarella on the pizza at the soccer club bar a couple of blocks away is magnificent- go get your self a pizza

Gostei muito do hotel, os funcionários são educados, o café da manhã também é muito bom e a cama era super confortável.

Localização é boa, a maioria dos recepcionistas são muito graciosos.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha um frigobar, não tinha um guarda roupa ou armário, tinha uma arara que pra duas pessoas não atendia. Além disso, senti falta de um ar condicionado, pois o quarto é muito quente.
