We are a Hotel embodied in a historic building, with its original façade and details but remodeled for your comfort.
Aure is located in the heart of the Yungay neighborhood, a neighborhood with a very important heritage value and close to many attractions and restaurants. The property is located 98 feet from La Peluquería Francesa, 98 feet from Museo Taller, 1312 feet from Plaza Yungay, 1148 feet from Espacio Gárgola, 2297 feet from Parque Quinta Normal and 2297 feet from the Museum of the Memory of Santiago

Desde quando chegamos, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Juan e sua equipe, uma vez que chegamos tarde e a portaria funcionou perfeitamente já que o nosso check in foi a noite.
O Quarto era muito limpo, muito confortável, chuveiro bem quente, arejado e espaçoso.
O café da manhã era muito bem preparado, os funcionários da noite Francisco, Angel e Benjamin sempre estiveram prontos para nos ajudar quando precisamos.
Além disso, o serviço de translado oferecidos pela equipe do Hotel era excelente e bem mais barato comparado ao demais oferecidos pelo Aeroporto e a Cidade.
Nada a questionar, um dia tivemos problema com entupimento do ralo, mas foi sanado rapidamente durante a limpeza do quarto, o que não nos afetou em nada.
Fui enganado quanto ao passeio à vinícola Concha Y Toro.
Paguei 15.000,00 pesos mais.
Descobri no momento do pagamento, pois o funcionário cobrou propina.
We like Casa Aure very much. The staff is very helpful and friendly specially Juan, Francisco and Benjamin. Good location with very good restaurants ,cafes , museums and cultural sites. Few blogs from centre of the city. Nice breakfast! We always come back here.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Aure in Santiago. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my time there.
When I arrived, I was welcomed by Juan and Francisco, who both speak excellent English and were incredibly helpful. I was upgraded to a better room at no extra charge, and Francisco even walked with me to show me the nearest metro station.
When I checked out early to catch my flight and would miss the breakfast, Juan prepared a snack box for me to take to the airport.
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Amei o charme do hotel, muito bonito e aconchegante. Juan é maravilhoso, nos atendeu com muita simpatia, com certeza a melhor parte da acomodação.
Faltou uma mesinha de “apoio” no quarto, para colocar as coisas. A localização infelizmente fica distante dos locais mais conhecidos.

Ótimo custo benefício. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com ovos mexidos fresquinhos e pão quentinho, além de outras opções. Os funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel foi construído em um casarão antigo, muito bonito. As instalações são simples mas não deixam a desejar em nada. O chuveiro muito quentinho, com água forte, aquecedor muito bom, cama confortável. Quando tivemos passeio saindo muito cedo, nós solicitamos e eles prepararam uma marmita de café da manhã. No geral, valeu muito a pena.
Não é localizado em um bairro turístico, então não tem a segurança e a beleza de um local turístico e sim de um centro urbano.

It has a very good location near restaurants , museums etc. Casa Aure is very comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly specially Juan , Francisco and Benjamin. Access to the city center is easy. We'll come back!
