Pros:

Sooo disappointing. I can say it is 24hr because I arrived at 3am after a bus delay, BUT all else was horrible. Bed felt so old it left my back today in knots. No hot water and not even like-warm. The lone pillow was like a napkin it was so think and worthless. Floor was so dirty I tried not to think about it.

Petite chambre près de l'accueil, très bruyante très tôt le matin (des gens parlaient sous notre fenêtre).
Fenêtre donnant sur l'accueil avec rideaux trop courts (on nous voyait)
Personne responsable du petit déjeuner désagréable
Pas de cuisine, contrairement à ce que laisse croire la description
Propreté moyenne
Il y a des snacks et boissons payantes dans la chambre. La réceptionniste ne nous a pas ouvert la porte pour nous laisser sortir le temps de recompter chaque snacks pour voir si nous n'avions pas mangé quelque chose sans le dire

Pros:

La atención del personal de recepción y limpieza fueron lo mejor predispuestas ayudar y resolver cualquier inconveniente. Encontré hormigas y arañas en el baño, y el piso de alfombra de la habitación se veía viejo y sucio. El mobiliario necesita cambio o mantenimiento.

Pros:

Hotel staff was not great and unhelpful. Tried to charge me at check in even though I already paid and wanted a higher price than what I booked with. I was also told it was fine to leave at 6am as the front door is locked and you need the staff to open it for you. But in the morning there was no one at the desk, and found the night staff was in another room sleeping and didn’t wake up until I continued calling the hotel number. The parking is at an offsite garage, also had trouble getting the car so early despite being told it would be fine
