Pros:

From the moment we arrived all the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful there was a party that night, so they made sure that we were aware and offered us a few drinks included as well.( we partied until 3 am! ) It is a new place, and not too busy. The manager Robert ensured our whole time there we had everything we needed. Its close to the main strip and easy to find. I would return if in Tamarindo again 5**

Pros:

They never had my reservation even though I booked it awhile back. The room smelled like cigarettes and the AC stopped working randomly at night and the room was so hot! There was so many bugs everywhere. The staff was trying to figure out what was going on but they don’t have an actual receptionist or front desk person to assist you at all. Very weird stay. Don’t recommend if you have kids.
Pool party was going on and the people were doing drugs. Some customers walked out after sitting down to eat and seeing that.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at El Moro. Hotel was near downtown. Staff was very nice, atmosphere too. Our breakfast was included. Great place to enjoy your afternoon by the pool and party at night . They do play club music all day long, close to midnight. Jope to come back soon.
