Pros:

Informamos que tuvimos un atraso en el viaje, por lo cual íbamos a llegar tarde para el check in, pero cuando llegamos al lugar estaba cerrado y al llamar dijeron que no nos iban a abrir. Quedamos en medio de la nada y tuvimos que viajar más de 30 minutos para conseguir un lugar donde podernos quedar y al otro día regresar de nuevo. Pasamos una terrible noche.

Vistas increíbles y mucha amabilidad por paete de Bryan en la recepción. Ideal para pasar un par de dias en la zona

Pros:

Nice room with well-equipped kitchen area, good en suite, comfortable bed. A bit of a tight squeeze to get around the bed to sit at the table and chairs or to get from one side of the bed to the bathroom.
Outside communal areas were great for enjoying a drink as the sun was going down with a stunning view. Although by no means constant there is quite some road noise from the various motorbikes, trucks and buses climbing the hill outside the property so ear plugs would be a good option, which we had and enjoyed undisturbed sleep in the comfortable bed.
Otherwise a lovely setting with a supermarket and other shops just a couple of minutes drive away. And great access to Poas volcano - get there early!

The room was very different from you could see in photos it doesn't have a ceiling and spected amenities. I'd booked in other hotel.

Super om hier te verblijven, leuke kleine kamers met alles wat je nodig bent. Lieve mensen en prachtige omgeving. Ideaal om naar de vulkaan te gaan in het nationale park in de buurt.

Brian was friendly and went out of his way to help us. My room #1 was absolutely perfect. Nice fireplace, kitchenette with all we needed. Very satisfied!
