Nostalgic Stay
Pros:

This was our last night in Costa Rica, flying out of the Liberia airport early in the morning. So staying at the Hotel Del Aserradero was due to the location. We stayed at this same hotel 20 years ago, so it was also nostalgic. There are beautiful slabs of guanacaste wood used for tables and I do like walking around the property looking for native birds that visit.

Beautiful and quiet and will definitely be back!
Pros:

Everything, entire place is beautiful and quiet.The only thing I would change are the beds as it was like sleeping on a rock!

Pros:

No frills, but excellent if you know what you are getting. Excellent price point for a clean, simple hotel. Perfect for 1 night stay or passing though, business travel, etc. Not luxurious, but everything you need at a reasonable price.

Buen lugar
Pros:

Este hotel es central, y tiene su mismo personalidad. Ere un aserradero y tiene muebles de madera y alguna de las machinas viejas.

Excelente experiencia en Hotel del Aserradero
Pros:

La ubicacion muy buena cerca de restaurantes y plazas. El personal de recepcion muy amable. Las habitaciones muy comodas. Los jardines del hotel hermosos mucha vegetacion.
A los niños les encanto Lucy la perrita muy jugetona.

Cons:

En mi experiencia todo estuvo bien. El servicio ofrecido esta muy bien con respecto al precio. Mucho espacio en los pasillos y al aire libre para disfrutar.

good option, would stay here again!
Pros:

good location just outside main commercial area of Liberia. Grounds were beautiful, good parking area, nice vibe, good price.

Cons:

rooms only have window to the hallway not to outside, not my favorite configuration, so you can hear other guests. But the beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean.

No facilities here!
Pros:

Not much! The staff tried to be helpful advising on getting a pizza delivered.

Cons:

Dodgy part of town, staff advised we shouldn’t be out after 9pm. Absolutely no facilities there, no water in the room, tea or coffee, shower gel, no bar or restaurant. Just a means to an end and wouldn’t recommend.
