Very nice standard for Nigeria
It was a good place to stay.
Close to the airport and very clean
Generally friendly staff. But the facility needs loads of improvement. Water supply needs improvement with the ability to get hot water.
A full complimentary breakfast would be appreciated.

Everything could have been better, hot shower, and WiFi not even working.
They have to improve on their services especially cleanliness, if they want to retain their customers. The noise from the staff in the morning robbed me of the rest that informed my decision to lodge at their place

The price was misleading.
The staff is rude and lazy. But while we were there there was consistent light but the a/c only works when they on the generator.
Room upgraded to Executive RM1 as I needed a fridge. Had to wait while they got the room ready.
When I finally moved in, the facilities were below standard. The kettle provided did not have any power lead. The staff were happy to boil water in the kitchen and bring it to me. The tea cup and saucer were unclean, which they quickly replaced when I complained. Had to nowhere to charge my phone as the bedside socket and the sockets above and below the desk/TV did not have power. The room seems to have an electrical issue as the bedside spot lamp flickers intermittently when not switched on.
The shower cubicle was disappointing. The shower curtain drop was short, which allowed water onto the floor when running the shower.
The basin sink, too, needs attention as the waste appears blocked with water exiting very slowly.. The cleaner would have noticed these issues and reported to sort them out.
I needed some food and asked the restaurant for the menu but found out having made a selection that meal was unavailable. The staff said the only meals available were jollof rice/chicken, egusi, and bitterleaf soup 🍃 . I enquired about the limited food menu and was told they had gone to the market to replenish. I ended up ordering Jollof rice and chicken, which was sumptuous.
Although there were very few positives, my experience at Abi's Place is the worst 😫 to date. I had a much better hospitality at Abi's last year.
This review should be 1, having paid too much for a very poor executive room. The hotel management needs to review processes as the room was not properly checked for guests to move in.
Close to the airport , food was ok
The room and bathroom were not properly clean, there was a horrible smell in the room and bathroom…. the AC was switched off from time to time.
