Pros:

The area was very accessible, the room was clean and i so enjoyed the lighting

Cons:

Depite the rom i lodged was such a fantastic room i feel its over priced .Secondly the view from my room window was not so impressive

Disappointing
Cons:

I overpaid due to some situations that were escalated to the hotel. Even though they promised that they would, they have yet to issue my refund. So, no, I didn't enjoy my stay or my interaction with them.

Not the best place to stay for a honeymoon
Pros:

There was a lot of complaints that I have. I'm not going to voice them because I did speak to the manager Sophia and she did her best to correct the majority of them. The only downfall is that I had to ask to speak to her three times before I actually was able to speak to her. By this point the rating had already went down to poor. Because she tried to handle the situation I will not talk negatively about the experience that I had, but no I would not stay here again.

This is my second stay@ Ovic Hotel, was there last year, despite some issue, I will stay book them.
Pros:

I like the prompt attitude of the staff to enquiries and complains
Good accessibility of the Hotel

Cons:

Ovic is too miserly on supplies such the *Complimentary Breakfast- it's annoying for an adult

Disappointing
Pros:

The staffs were friendly. The food was okay for the price. The distance to the airport was good as well.

Cons:

When I close the bathroom door in the room I was staying, the room just opens. I found a cockroach and gezo in the room. I think the hotel needs proper maintenance and maybe an upgrade.

Pros:

Great staff till it all messed up till the end

Cons:

A glass cup was missing which the
Room cleaner took a day after I told them about it but they insist I should pay for it? I paid for a lost glass cup I find it very unprofessional never will I use their services again
