Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Law 20.660 in Chili, known as the Tobacco Law, is a 2013 regulation that drastically expanded restrictions on the consumption, sale, and advertising of tobacco products, prohibiting smoking in enclosed public spaces (such as restaurants, bars, hotels, and offices), establishing sales limits near schools (within 328 feet), and banning indirect advertising and additives in cigarettes to protect public health, especially that of young people and nonsmokers. Our hotel is NON-SMOKING, and any guest who violates this rule will be charged a fine of US$250.

The staff were incredible. Most helpful, nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel itself was gorgeous and the breakfast was incredible to get us started for a busy day of exploring.
The hotel overlooks a very busy thoroughfare - it's a single road, but the only road so trucks and cars whizzed by constantly. Had to wear earplugs when in my room.

Bem localizado, em frente a avenida costeira e próximo do centro. Quarto bem mobiliado e confortável, qualidade dos lençóis, toalhas e travesseiros. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento bom.

Very clean, modern rooms with spectacular views of the water and mountains; staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt that all staff were very attentive and cared very much about providing guests an exceptional experience. Also, it was very quiet and peaceful at night.
For me, and this is just preference, I found the bed to be a bit soft, causing me some discomfort in my back. Also, the room would often get pretty warm in the afternoon and evenings. We had to sleep with the tiny window open to keep the room somewhat cool.
New and stylish property with all the amenities and very friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing to complain about--great stay!
We very much enjoyed out stay here. The rooms are modern and very clean. This hotel has the best staff we encountered on our entire trip through Chile. We stayed before and after hiking the W Trek. We really appreciated that we were able to leave some of our bags behind while we were hiking.
My wife got very sick one night and had to go to the emergency room. The staff was very concerned and super helpful getting us to and from the hospital. While we were waiting at the ER we even got a What'sApp message from the front desk checking in to see how we were doing. That is going above and beyond.
We also appreciated that there was some flexibility with the breakfast times due to early bus pick ups.

El trato de todo el personal del hotel es exquisito. Especial mención a las encargadas de la cocina que te reciben con una sonrisa en cada desayuno. También el personal de recepción, muy atento y con muy buenas recomendaciones sobre restaurantes.
Por otro lado, las vistas desde la habitación no tiene precio.
