Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Our hotel is NON-SMOKING, and any guest who violates this rule will be charged a fine of US$250.

O hotel tem boa infraestrutura, e com as modificações sugeridas o hotel poderia ser melhor avaliado.

Limpeza e qualidade da roupa de banho e cama. Além disso, o quarto e o banheiro são amplos, o que traz conforto aos hóspedes.

Cons:

O quarto fica muito quente em dias de sol. Um ventilador de teto ajudaria muito a suavizar o desconforto. Além disso, o sinal do Wi-Fi é muito instável.

маленькая форточка которая не позволяла проветривать комнату как следует и дорога прям под окнами шум от машин проезжающих по ней мешал ночами тем более рядом грузовой терминал порта

Modern, bright, and right near the waterfront. We enjoyed our first stay and booked another stay while in Chile. Staff were very helpful and enjoyed their menu options for dinner one evening. Also, plenty of parking
