Property was definitly closed. Basically 100% wrong on booking.com, as they sold a room in a closed property, and not helping at all for the refund , which still not happen more than a month later

We have stayed here before and love the small personal environment. The staff are wonderful.

I had booked 7 nights on a non refundable and checked out after out one night. I arrived at 3:30am otherwise I wouldn’t
