Nice spacious cabin, with a full fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Parking was easy to find and check in and check out instructions were clear and easy.
Parking was very far from my cabin and no side walks, the gravel made it difficult with a rolling suitcase. Also there were gunshots constantly. Must have been a shooting range near by, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also the base of the toilet was leaking water on the floor. My cabin was right next to the general store which started playing loud country music at 8am on Sunday even though it wasn't even open. The bedroom was a little warm at night.

Wasps on the porch. We tore down two wasp nests. They are starting to build a nest in the electric box cover- just wanted to make you all aware.
Quiet…clean…
parking, a/c did not feel like it was cooling enough., we can only assume that with the strong winds we were located cabin O near the gate an it would push the gate back an than slam back making a sound all night long which I wasn’t able to sleep most of the night…also there was wasps under the porch so we were unable to sit outside… we’re not told until the day of that there was no TV’s in the cabin..
This is a newer property, very clean and fun. The tiny homes are decorated very cute and the beds are pretty comfy. The bed pillows, not as comfy. The property communication is easy and responses are fast. The small kitchen has most things needed for minimal food prep.
The A/C was the only area of concern. It never cooled as needed. There is a split unit in the loft area and that does not get air down to the living room or bedroom. To keep it almost cool on a warm 90-80 degree day/night you must keep the ceiling fan on high in the bedroom, bedroom door open and the A/C unit below 70. It still had a hard to getting it done. We tried to lower it to 68, still no cooling. No ceiling fan in living area to help move air down. Hopefully they get this resolved.
There are was no useful mirror in the bathroom. I’m 5’1” and my husband is 6’1” and neither of us could see in the mirror. See photo- cute mirror but not made for bathroom use.
There are only 1/2 window coverings in the living area and all porch lights are on all night. So if you are bothered by light or warm temps, this will not offer you a good night of sleep as you must keep the bedroom door open for the air issues.
Parking was easy, a short walk. Good walking trail. The general store was not opened on the weekend, not sure when it’s open.
This place has great potential as they finish getting some details in place.
This is the cutest property! I’m glad we found it and were able to stay here. Next time we will try the airstream. Would be a great place for a large group or gathering! The location is great!

Gorgeous property, great location, and super clean room.
How sheer the curtains are on the windows.
We stayed in an air stream on the property. It was a fun and comfortable option for us to stay in the area. We were attending a wedding in Dripping Springs. We were able to check in, have a beer at the brewery that is across the drive way and get ready for the wedding. Highly recommend!

Unique experience due to the type of accommodation. Good for vacation or relaxation but not ideal for business travelers who need to work, I suppose.
