Very clean even more then I expected it to be, it had everything required, it was so nice, well designed of high standard , the furniture, bedding kitchen area and the living room space . Overall very nice , would recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

Didn’t like the location it was quite far away from main tourist attractions, the beach, shops , and activities, it had no views from the balcony, very quiet Dull area that was the only downfall, had to walk for 15-20 mins to get local bus to get to places, or uber taxi … the room had no phone number for the local taxi service company to call from the room to call. The reception area was closed even they say it’s say open 247 hours.

Best hotel and most friendly staff in Cyprus.
Pros:

Wow what’s a property! I can’t explain how nice the staff and helpful they were. Our flights were cancelled and we was booked and checked in very late. No issues. We even had an option for later checkout, the staff were amazing ! I could not recommend a better hotel. The apartments were amazing! Luxury and modern, the kids were so happy.

Cons:

I couldn’t rate this property any higher ! Amazing stay and staff

Fantastic experience at the Sveltos Residence Suites. The check in was fast and friendly, the suite itself was absolutely top of the line and very clean and new. I would highly recommend staying at the Sveltos Residence Suites if you want to experience the best of the best!

Large, clean and well equipped apartment, ideal for families and groups.
Pros:

Clean, very good condition, well equipped and the welcome basket was such a lovely treat. Perfect pillows and toiletries. You don’t really need anything else to be comfortable. The man who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely stay here for two weeks.

Friendly and helpful reception personnel, clean nicely designed modern apartment with all the appliances and complimentary snacks and wine. Good internet connection. Quiet location, very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Will be helpful to have an extra blanket in the closet (there were a lot of extra pillows).

Pros:

The hotel offers an apartment that is fully equipped. The apartment is spacious, with 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It is ideal accommodation for long-term stays for those who need to cook, do laundry, and iron. The reception was always accommodating, and communication was pleasant. At first glance, the hotel is not in the most attractive area, but over time we realized that everything needed for a long-term stay is nearby — shops, restaurants, the sea, and beaches.

Cons:

The hotel could improve the organization of housekeeping, including the replenishment of liquid soap, salt, coffee capsules, or mineral water.
