I would like to say thanks to NYX HOTEL team but especially for Alexandra and Magdalena for putting a lot of effort to make my stay comfortable as I am disabled person. All my stay was very nice and well done.

Perfect location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and a good lounge. Wonderful view from the room. Comfrtable room.
The only thing was a little bit noise from the street at night.

Highly recommended hotel. Amazing location near the marina, the old town streets full of shops and restaurants, and just steps from the seaside promenade. The food is very tasty and fresh, and the rooms are modern, new, and smart.

We booked the NYX HOTEL for one night with my husband we are Cypriots residents and we are so impressed with the design of this hotel and the service of the staff at the hotel! We enjoyed it and the breakfast was delicious! We strongly recommended it for your stays!

The hotel located just across the street from seaside, which is wonderful for morning and evening walk. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was nice but little small. The breakfast was good and varied enough to accommodate all the teasing. The only thing that I didn’t like is very minor related to housekeeping, as everyday they miss to provide something such as toothbrush, tea, coffee, water…

I had an excellent Kretan oil massage ot 70 min at their Spa. Done by the therapist Agiro. Definitely to recommend. Thanks a lot.

Very nice experience, very good location and the room was very comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was being charged €11 for two small bottles of water in the room, especially since there were no other drinkable options available.

Although my stay was short due to a mix up of location (not the hotels fault!) I did complete the planned 7 day stay. However for the one day/night I was at the hotel, I really liked it. The room was great, staff were great and I enjoyed my brief stay.

Now to what made today’s staff stand out. As I said, there was a mix up and I was actually needed in another part of Cyprus so needed to change hotel. The staff advised me of another in their chain that was closer to where I needed to be so did me a huge favour and contacted the other hotel and switched my booking. Absolutely amazing customer service. The two ladies were Georgia and Magda who I’m so grateful they helped me. I’d also like to shout out Roman for also helping with another query.

Aside from these 3, I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but those that helped me at check in were also amazing answering my random questions.

Would I go back, absolutely.

It was the best experience i had until now in a hotel and i have been to a lot off 4-5 starts hotels. The staff was very friendly i even proposed and they helped me with the preparation and everything.

Been there during weekend, it was amazing, the therapist Avigro was very professional.
The facility is not that fancy, but cozy.

Great city hotel, location is top, decor is 10 from the 10, room was wary comfortable bed and pillow how we like . Breakfast rich and tasty .

What an amazing hotel the staff was amazing and we got an upgraded room out of the blue which was a great start to the stay! Rooms were clean and comfy. We stayed for the Sunday lunch buffet and the food was delicious. There was live singing and music during lunch which created such a great atmosphere! Overall to us it’s one of best places to stay in Limassol and will definitely be heading back to the Nyx again in the future.

12th floor rooms are very very noisy and you can’t get sleep until early hours of morning as directly under roof top bar. Make sure you aren’t staying when private parties are on as management value that custom over residents. Noise from the party so bad could be heard on the beach. We had to move rooms after a week to get sleep. Don’t bother complaining as senior management don’t appear to care. Very noisy hotel and whilst breakfast buffet selection is immense the ‘hot food’ is cold, despite pointing this out several times nothing done. Don’t waste your money on business lounge, a poor selection of drinks and hot food arrives lukewarm at 1pm & sits there until 8pm when it closes - posing in our opinion a health food risk. Room cleaning very erratic and poor, most days towels & nespresso capsules not replenished. We stayed two weeks & no signs of floor being swept. Sheets weren’t changed regularly either. Noise from cars racing on street is a problem. Nikki & her reception team are a credit to the hotel, they tried their best so thank you, but there would appear to be a serious lacking of management from the top. We won’t be back.

Centrally located on the promenade, only part of the rooms have sea view. Rooms are not big but modern renovated and have rich amenities. Breakfast is very rich and good . Pool on the roof for summer. Spa and rooftop bar . Recommended.
