I recently stayed in Napa Jay Hotel during my holiday in Cyprus, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with great service from start to finish.

What truly made our stay special, though, was one of the ladies working there. She was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She helped us book tickets for a small boat cruise, explained everything clearly, and even made sure we got a good deal.

She also gave us plenty of recommendations—telling us the best places to eat, where to go for drinks, and which spots were worth visiting. Thanks to her, we discovered places we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. Anytime we had a question, she was always happy to help and took the time to make sure we were sorted.

On top of that, she always greeted us with a genuine smile and a positive attitude, which made us feel really welcome every single day. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, friendly, and dedicated to helping guests enjoy their stay.

Overall, the combination of a clean, well-run hotel and such amazing, helpful staff made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again.

The entire staff-from the reception, pr lady and restaurant to the cleaning team-was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again!!!

1st time staying at this hotel, excellent location very central for everything in Ayia Napa.

Amazing place! We stayed with our children and we had a great experience! Excellent breakfrast with lot of choices, especially the honey, was so fresh and delicious you have to try it! Its a must choice! It made our morning even better! Staff was very helpfull, specific the pr lady this morning! So nice and smily, gave us all the anwsers we needed! See you again! Xx
