Location was great and hotel was clean.
Unfortunately the bathroom needs attention, very poor water pressure which made having a shower very difficult. Shower head also broken which again made hard work for showering yourself.
This let the facility down for us massively.
For got to ask a question in the bathroom do there know there got some push a wall in next the toilet
People was really night

Rooms where clean. Location was perfect.
The shower was cold and just trickled out. They forgot to give us towels but luckily we had our own. Not a big deal
The guy that greeted us was lovely but we didn't see any other staff. The room was clean and the the TV worked. There was a kettle and tea and coffee but we didn't use them.
Unfortunately we didn't get any sleep, noise from the back of the building of people talking at 2am and also other guests banging on doors and shouting throughout the night. Also the bed could do with a mattress topper as you can feel all the springs was very uncomfortable, the door needs a handle for the inside so you can open it properly and we didn't recieve any towels either so had to buy our own. The remote for the TV didn't work so had to use the buttons on the side, I wouldn't return unfortunately I'd prefer to pay a little extra for a good night's sleep.

The property was in a great location close to all my needs and the railway station.
There were no hangers or drawers and no where to put my clothes. I was also on the top floor so I struggled with the stairs.
Good location, good vibe, well worth the money you spent to stay there. Me and my partner have started planning our next visit to Blackpool and to this place
There was one issue we had regarding the hot water in the shower but the manager was quick enough to come take a look and explain what was needed to do.
Couple of feedbacks though.....
• two towels are great but maybe a small hand towel and a bath mat in the room would be ideal
• a rail or hook in the bathroom to hang the towels
• there so much space in the room why not get another side table

The hotel was clean and tidying. Plenty tea and coffee, was close to north pier has we went to a rave. Defo stay again has was cheap
Could do with restraunt and bar in there.
Easy to find just a simple place to get your head down. Me and my partner come here every year and can’t complain about it
