It was in a central location in Clitheroe with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants.
It had free parking.
The room was lovely, spacious, clean and will all the expected amenities.
The gentleman who showed us to our room was pleasant and polite and gave us a free upgrade as the rooms weren't busy.
Only thing was that we booked for a Wednesday night and then found out that the bar and restaurant wasn't open then. It just means we'll have to come back again at the weekend.

The restaurant and bar were closed. No breakfast was available. This was not expected.
The room was great and in a great location next to the train station.
It advertised bottled water in your room but there wasn't any and we also only had herbal teas to drink. Having no plug in the sink was also problematic. The honesty bar was closed for redecorating and there was a private junction downstairs so no where to get a drink.

GREAT LOCATION - FRIENDLY STAFF AND GOOD BAR PRICES
I HAD BOOKED 2 X KING ROOMS BUT WAS ALLOCATED ONE X KING ROOM AND ONE X COSY DOUBLE. I ONLY NOTICED THIS AFTER WE HAD CHECKED-IN AND WE WERE ALREADY OUT FOR THE EVENING. THE SMALLER ROOM WAS LOVELY IF A LITTLE CRAMPED IN PARTS - MY FAULT, I SHOULD HAVE REALISED THIS WHEN WE ARRIVED.

He could not do enough for us, we did not ask, he just made sure everything was perfect and it was.

Free parking was a bonus, check in was quick and easy , room was clean , shower was good , location right in the town center , straight across the road is the train station , plenty of pubs , resturants , nice little town is clithero , all in all a good stay .

Rooms were well laid out, all the amenities you need. Staff were really kind and accommodating, set up the sofa bed for us, allowed us to check in early to drop our bags and head to the wedding we were attending. Fans were on keeping the room cool for our arrival, and iced water was set out for us when we came back after the wedding as it was still 28° at midnight! Felt really looked after. The coffee and biscuits were a lovely addition in the morning!

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who was running it but what a lovely guy! Gave us a lift to the wedding venue we were attending and just generally very warm and friendly!
Great hotel in the centre of Clitheroe. The staff were very helpful and let us leave our luggage in the morning and get the key. Our luggage was waiting for us in the room in the evening when we returned.
