when I arrived at the hotel,I can’t find anyone there,and I can’t contact them,they didn’t answer my call,didn’t reply my message,

Our accommodation was beautiful, we loved being in our own little bubble and the whole place was breathtaking! The bed was super comfortable & we loved the outdoor bathroom! Our host was very accommodating & so lovely! A little further away from the bars/restaurants but easily accessible with a scooter! We would 100% stay again, we didn’t want to leave!

Amazing stuff and hospitality
Annaya House has really nice rooms and the area around the house looks nice as well. It is a really peaceful place to relax. The breakfast is different each day and was good. The host was nice and tried her best to make us happy.
The house is located on a hill and it takes more then half an hour from the port. So if you are a solo traveler or you planing to do activities in the evening it is not the best location for you. It’s true that you can rent motorcycles but you do need experience to drive down the hill.
The staff was so nice and gave me tips what to do on nusa penida! They also helped me planing booking my activities.

Cold ac, good view, home made food, welcome drink, lot of photo spot in the property. Clean large washroom.
This place is 20 km or more from the port, we did not go to the hotel and returned midway because it was tooo far and had a jungle in between the way. Please do not book it, if you are there for just one day, because you will not be able to go anywhere
We loved our hosts. They made us feel at home and like we are part of their family. They made special food for us according to our diet (we are vegetarians) - it was just so delicious! 😍 We would love to come back there again!
The staff is so kind, they always were attempting our requests. The rooms are good, the food that they prepared for us was so tasty. The view in this place is amazing.
It's a place perfect to relax, and if you want to disconnect the city and connect with nature.
The toilets were a little dirty, and if you want to go out or go for a store, it's necessary to have a vehicle ( motorcycle). The store near the place is almost 15 minutes walking, and there are no other houses close to the property. And there are no wifi connection or signal
The room did not look like the photos. everything was older. the walls are stone. There is a gap between the ceiling and the walls. It is very suitable for insects and lizards to enter. You can't sleep because of the sound of insects at night. The bathroom is in the open area. The location is in the middle of the island. far from the beach. transportation is difficult. unfortunately regret.
The location was very nice, food was tasty. we stayed for 2 days so breakfast was different on both days which is a plus point plus food was amazing. The lady hosting is super nice and always smiling and very kind.
we rented the scooter from the property it was very easy
The room did not have WiFi, I think since there is no proper connection to the area. they should offer the rooms WiFi. when we requested from the lady she was kind of enough to give the WiFi connection which was in the restaurant to the room during the night. which was helpful.
the bathrooms showers didn’t have water, even if there was water it was very low like few drops which was not good
Amazing stay! Lovely staff that made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. They were extremely helpfull with arranging any activities around the island without asking for anything. They are a close family that all want to help wherever possible. Would definetly recommend staying here.
