A lovely stay at a great property
Pros:

We recently stayed at Adehan DeCamondo Pera for the second time, and once again, our entire family had a wonderful experience.

A special mention goes to Avni Sengoz, whom we remembered from our previous stay. Avni was incredibly proactive and thoughtful, reaching out to us ahead of our arrival to ensure everything was perfectly arranged. This personal touch made us feel truly valued and set the tone for a fantastic stay.

We would also like to thank Emre at the reception, who was consistently welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. His warm attitude made every interaction pleasant and seamless.

Additionally, the entire breakfast team deserves recognition for their excellent service each morning. The quality of the food, combined with their attentive and friendly approach, made breakfast a highlight of our stay.

Overall, it was another memorable experience, and we truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the entire team. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Pros:

Расположение отеля хорошее. Пешком можно дойти почти до всех центральных достопримечательностей.
Ресторан на крыше, с отличным видом на Босфор.
Завтрак неплохой. По меню.
Отель (его состояние, ремонт, мебель и тд) соответствует цене (со скидкой). Дороже он точно не стоит.

Cons:

Номер не убирали. Когда принудительно потребовали уборку, убрали крайне плохо. (по сути, застелили постель и поменяли полотенца). За неполных 4 дня, белье не меняли.
В умывальнике вода уходила крайне плохо.
Рядом с отелем идет стройка, шумят и рано утром и поздно вечером.
ВНИМАНИЕ!!! Отдельного внимания требует к себе ценообразование на мини бар!
Банка Coca Cola или Fanta (0.33) - 9 euro (!) - ТАКОГО НЕАДЕКВАТА Я НИГДЕ НЕ ВИДЕЛ
Бутылка белого или красного вина посредственного качества (0.25) - 36 euro (!)
Мармелад Haribo - 22 euro (!)
Простая вода - бесплатно, но приносить ее, надо заставлять.

Нам очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле красиво, чисто и очень приятная атмосфера.

Отель нам очень понравился! Очень красивый, чистый и уютный. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Атмосфера приятная, чувствовали себя как дома. Это один из лучших отелей, в которых мы были. Обязательно вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель другим!

An average 4* hotel; no idea why it has 5*
Pros:

Helpful staff.
We were very lucky to get a fairly quiet room in the 3rd floor, a corner one.

Cons:

The are massively saving on breakfast. There’s no fish, pretty much no meat cold cuts.
The rooms are dark.

На красивых европейских улочках Стамбула. Рядом Галата порт, магазин, кафе, метро. Улучшили номер при заселении, но после пятницы поменяли номер на другой. Сверху тонкие стены и слышны ночные гуляния. Уютный фитнес зал. Прекрасный персонал все начиная от уборщицы до ресепшионистов и официантов в ресторане.

Cons:

Не починили душ в ванной комнате.

Our favorite place to stay in Istanbul
Pros:

My mother and I stayed at Adahan DeCamondo Pera for six nights and it was honestly an outstanding experience.

The hotel itself is wonderful, very well maintained, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and carefully taken care of.

The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The receptionists Samet and Emre, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Samet helped us throughout our entire stay and even assisted with our suitcases when we were leaving, which we truly appreciated.

The food at the hotel was excellent, and one small detail we loved in particular was the very pleasant scent throughout the hotel. It created such a nice atmosphere every time we walked in.

Overall, the experience was outstanding. This has become our favorite place in all of Istanbul, and we will absolutely be returning… many, many times.

Special thanks to Samet, Emre, Aram, to everyone in the restaurant and cleaning crew for their exceptional hospitality 🌸
