We had a great experience at the hotel from the desk staff to the breakfast staff. They were inviting and very helpful. The front desk staff took care of all our luggage even sending staff to help us with outlet luggage when the transportation could not get to the hotel due to a road closure. They helped us with directions. The breakfast staff did everything to make our mornings memorable. The evening dinner was spectacular from the rooftop as was the morning breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel and staff.

Location is great, walk, public transportation, food, drink everything is very close by. Uber rides 1 minute away and train 4 minutes away.

We did have few room “mimor issues” but they were all clear up quickly. The fun part is the elevator when there is a lot of people going to the restaurant. The elevator fits 4 or 5 people no bags.

Breakfast crew is amazing, they are very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Mr. Aram and his team are good friendly people that want you to enjoy your breakfast time with them.

For dinner I’m still clueless why they reserve so many tables by terrace that no one uses. Literally spent 2 hours there and were about 4 tables “reserved” that were never used. First night we were there it was full, so it makes sense, second night was very empty but we couldn’t get a nicer view table for no good reason.

Overall we would come back, rooms were great for a family of 4, and everyone was very friendly and ready to help.

Loved the hotel, the room and particularly the awesome breakfast taken each morning on the rooftop. A special thanks to Aram and the whole breakfast team!

When I checking, I asked for quieter room, they gave one I didn't like I went 3 time to the FD," Wait we called you back" Never call me.
I left a message to the GM to contact me,Never call me...

Erin from the staff and the breakfast area are the only things that deserve a positive mention. Really nothings else.

Super Lage, super Service

Great location, everything is nearby and Taksim Square is just a 2 minute walk away. The staff were friendly, helpful and speak English. Having an Iraqi staff member who speaks Arabic was also a nice touch and made things easier for us.

We experienced a wonderful stay because of a great and helpful staff, a good location, and a comfortable room. Would recommend this hotel without reservation for visits to Istanbul.

The hotel is incredibly stylish and aesthetically pleasing, with thoughtfully designed and beautifully curated interiors throughout. Both the rooms and the lobby are elegant and full of character. It's a place where you genuinely enjoy spending time, as every detail is pleasing to the eye.

This is already my third stay at this hotel, and everything has been perfect each time. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like an old friend returning home.

The location is excellent — right in the historic city center, within walking distance of countless cafés, bars, and restaurants.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel if you like a peaceful night’s sleep or if you have a family. Our first night the rooftop restaurant had loud club music until past 1am, the bass was so strong the bed was shaking. Even after they told us there would be no more loud music again, the next night it was the same. I am currently at the hotel, it is our second night and past 11pm and the loud club music with bass is still playing despite multiple requests on our end. We even tried to change rooms and the music is still just as loud. This has truly ruined our trip to Istanbul as we and the children are not sleeping. Please don’t come if you want to sleep at a reasonable hour and/or have children. We are really regretting our decision.
