Nada no coincide con la descripción, lo unico bueno fue el trato amable del recepcionista que aunque no sabia hablar ingles casi se esforzó pero lastimosamente tenia un manager nefasto

Cons:

No coincide con las fotos es un lugar sucio y asqueroso.
Lo peor de todo vino al solicitar el reembolso ya que no nos ibamos a quedar alli ni un minuto.
Sabanas rotas, manchas, sofá con agujeros, baño asqueroso.. manager amenazandome diciendo que tenia mi pasaporte.

Run down property, deceiving pictures

Cons:

Very basic and run down property (definitely not a hotel, I would call it a home stay at best).
Room was clean but bathroom was a safety hazard overall: slippery floor overall (one of our sons had a major fall), loose ends of electric wires popping out of the wall, residue of tape all over the wall. No resemblance with pictures.

Location isn’t good either, in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, you’ll be totally reliant on Grab to move around, including to Mesjid Raya.

Lack of professionalism, lack of amenities

Cons:

When we came in, they lost our booking despite my booking being booked months prior. Had to top up extra due to their own mistake. They blamed it on the change of management, which is none of the guests concern to be honest.

The room was shabby, water pressure was so low its impossible to take a shower, one of the rooms had problems with air conditioner, had to use fan instead.

La piscine est propre et assez grande

Cons:

Les chambres n'étaient pas propres, cheveux dans la douche, odeur de tabac dans toutl hotel, une des 2 chambres un peu plus cher et un peu mieux que l autre qui avait de la moquette douteuse.
Loffre du petit déjeuner n est pas très clair, apparemment il n est proposé qu aux réservations avec petit déjeuner inclus sinon ce n est pas possible même en payant sur place.
Le personnel ne nous a pas aidé pour commander un taxi pour notre destination suivante( c est la seule fois à Sumatra que ça nous ait arrivé

Hôtel à rénover urgemment !
Pros:

L'hôtel n'a de palace que le nom :
La salle de bain est exiguë, la bonde du lavabo était noire et les joints moisis, le distributeur de savon et shampooing cassé, la porte abîmée, la peinture cloquée, de la naphtaline déposée dans les coins qui sentait mauvais.
L'aéroport est à 30 minutes et non à 5 minutes de l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner inclus et servi soit-disant à partir de 7 heures n'est pas un buffet comme indiqué, une personne s'est présentée à 8 heures et nous a proposé une omelette ou du nasi goreng qu'elle a mis 20 minutes à préparer...
En ce qui concerne la chambre, les draps étaient propres mais tachés, un élastique de coin était déchiré, le dessus de lit troué. Une bouilloire est à disposition, mais pas de tasses !
Les travaux annoncés sur le site n'étaient pas en cours durant notre séjour.
Points positifs : la piscine et la climatisation très efficace.
Séjour décevant, le descriptif ne correspond pas à la réalité sur certains points.

They over booked. Said we were not in there system enen though money was taken from credit card a week before. 60aud Sent us to another of there hotels which was of low quality. Worth 20aud. We had booked 4 beds, got 3. New hotel was noisy, smelly and didn't serve breakfast which we paid for. Bad management. No offer of compensation.

Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was nice.

Cons:

The bed collapse when i sat down for the first time. Wardrobe was dusty. Spare pillow has no cover. Water pressure was slow. Lightings in the room is a bit dim.

An unexpected hidden gem, welcoming to solo and group travellers as well as couples.
Pros:

The location was good and only a short walk from the nearest cafe. the room itself was very spacious and well laid out. The fact there was apool for customers use was a great bonus.
