Pros:

Sehr gute ruhige Lage in den Bergen mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten oder Biketouren in der Umgebung und trotzdem nahe genug an Verona gelegen. Das alte Gebäude wurde sehr gut renoviert, innen wie außen. Schöne Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wäre etwas verbesserungswürdig.

Rustige plek met een leuk restaurant op vrijdag en zaterdag
Pros:

Het is een prachtige en vooral afgelegen locatie van een wijnboer die er een restaurant/proeverij en 2 kamers van heeft gemaakt. Het is in 2022 helemaal opnieuw gedaan dus de kamers zijn nieuw. Bedden aan de harde kant en kussens hard (tip: neem eigen kussen mee). We hebben er vrijdag avond gegeten tussen de Italianen. Super goed eten voor een leuke prijs. Als je dus boekt, kies voor de vrijdag en zaterdag.

Cons:

Ik had verwacht dat het iets meer levendig zou zijn. Ze zijn alleen op vrijdag en zaterdag open voor de lunch en diner. Verder ben je er alleen, ook geen receptie. Hierdoor is het ontbijt een eigen gevulde koelkast met yogurt, melk, eieren en wat sapjes. Ook krijg je een bak met zoet beleg, wat droge crackers en was cornflakes/musli. Ik had liever een ontbijt beneden gehad in het restaurant ipv een paar droge crackers.

De weg naar beneden is smal maar prima te doen, gewoon rustig rijden en dan kom je vanzelf beneden.

Prachtig appartement op ietwat afgelegen plek
Pros:

Het appartement was mooi, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien voor 2 personen. . Een goed ingerichte keuken, mooie badkamer en een heerlijk bed. Het is een gezellige ruimte. De rest van het pand is ook mooi verbouwd en leuk ingericht. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En het restaurantje biedt heerlijk eten. Op vrijdag avond was er live-muziek op het terras van het restaurant en dat was erg gezellig.

Cons:

Niets viel echt tegen, maar we moesten even wennen... de accommodatie ligt op een heuvel tussen de natuur en wijngaarden en de weg er naartoe is smal en slingerend. Na die een keer gereden te hebben, ben je daar zo aan gewend. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. We bleken de enige gasten te zijn en er wad verder niemand, ook geen personeel. Het restaurant is alleen op vrijdag en zaterdag geopend en dan is er ook personeel. Wij kwamen ook woensdag aan en de eerste twee dagen dus alleen. Daar hadden we niet op gerekend en het is wel goed om dat vooraf te weten.

Pros:

Brand new facilities and friendly staff. Very nice pergola under which to have breakfast. Good spot to go hiking in the surrounding hills and woods. Possibility to book a wine tour.

Cons:

Well furnished breakfast basket, but unfortunately with no fresh bread.
