Nice good location clean place

The staff were super nice … the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. Karina, Marlene and Elsie among others were super great. The breakfast was very fresh and super filling. I will surely come back whenever I’m in Punta Cana and I strongly recommend.

Achei os travesseiros bem ruins, água meio salobra do chuveiro. A moça que nos atendeu foi bem simpática em nos servir o café antes do horário por causa do nosso passeio. Área boa para hospedagem, perto de mercados e restaurantes. Pra quem quer só dormir na volta dos passeios, vale a pena!

o quarto não é ruim, mas a praia próxima é cheia de sargaço não dá para nadar e não há nada pra fazer nos arredores. O suco de maracujá do café da manhã é maravilhoso e as atendentes são muito prestativas

Hotel bem simples. Camas boas, mas os colchões são muito macios e faziam um buraco quando deitávamos nele. Tem bastantes tomadas, mas várias estavam desativadas. NÃO TEM FRIGOBAR. Não tem microondas. O ponto forte é o atendimento simpático das meninas que servem o café da manhã, que por sinal é bem legal (ovo cozido, pão, manteiga, geleia, aveia, presunto, queijo, suco natural de maracujá ou laranja, café e leite). Não gostei do chuveiro, é aquele tipo igual a um chuveirinho de mão.

This is not a place to stay if you want lots of amenities, however... This is the place to stay if you want cheaper rates but still a relatively new-&-modern building with a nice-&-big king bed. Staff was very nice. There is not a safe in the room, nor even a mini fridge. Daily housekeeping and free breakfast (simple toast, oatmeal, coffee, and juice) were the amenities. Beach access, luckily, is convenient here because it's literally right down the very same side street as this humble little hotel. Most of the stretches of beach in this region have no direct public access points (controlled by the expensive resorts), so this hotel has that very positive thing going for it. Noise... it can be a lot. The neighborhood has some loud music, on some nights, but it dies off eventually and you can sleep. Just don't expect piece and quiet all the time. Over all, a good place to save money on a room, so long as you're ok with next-to-no amenities.

I LOVE MY STAY HERE I WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. WALKING DISTANCE FROM SUPERMARKET AND MANY DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS. LOVED IT.

O banheiro é terrível, com a privada separada do box da ducha; a pessoa no box fica muito exposta, os metais do chuveiro estão completamente enferrujados. Não há local apropriado para secar roupas. Toalhas são surradas e ruins. Os seguranças que ficam durante a noite não são nada simpáticos e ficavam o tempo todo olhando o celular, segurança zero.

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, recepcionistas muito simpaticas, sempre dispostas a ajudar. Faltou somente um frigobar nos quartos.

Nice iff you spend time mostly at the beach. No TV, mini fridge. Coffee maker. Great ac and huge ceiling fan. Comfortable bed. Served its purpose. Great places to eat in short walking distances. 367 steps to the beach from the office. Somebody was their til 9pm for anything you needed after that there ws always a guy watching riggt as you enter the property til the next morning. The Riviera restaurant right next door had great food and service. Live music most nights. Friendly service. There are 2 poochies and a pup that like hanging around and are sweet.

O hotel fica perto de bares e restaurantes e a poucos minutos do centro onde fica o shopping, a coco bongo.
Infelizmente a praia estava cheia de sargaços, não tinha como entrar na agua

Overall 5 rating for staff customer service. They were amazing and attentive. As far as the amenities there are none and WiFi is spotty. There are no tvs or blankets/comforters in the room. Amazing AC temperature throughout the room.
