It didn't meet my expectations.
Pros:

Good customer service.

Cons:

The website description of the room that I booked does not match any rooms at this hotel. The website description says that the Executive Room has a separate bedroom and living room, while no such rooms setting is offered at this hotel. All the rooms are studio rooms.

Could have given a higher score if I had hot water to bathe .

Horrible, pan viejo, huevos muy fritos y con aji, así como el queso y todo que fue cocino tenia aji. No tenía mantequilla y el queso poco y malo.

El ambiente agradable una joven Carmen que brindó un excelente servicio

Cons:

Una joven llamada Paula que se acercó de forma incómoda a impedir que los que tenemos acceso a la piscina nos presentemos al área de restaurante, como si hubiera letreros para que podamos identificar la información.
No hay letreros que digan hacia dónde dirigirse si restaurante, piscina o habitaciones es por mera deducción.
Por más de dos horas no hubo servicio a la piscina y no se podía pasar al restaurante como nunca llegaron tuve que ir a la habitación y luego me llaman para pedirme la cuenta del restaurante como si la falta de asistir a dar el servicio en la piscina fuera mío.
Los baños de la piscina los usan los empleados.
