Pros:

I stayed in this property before and the service and everything was excellent but this time around it was poor. Nobody went to clean my room until I asked for service. No clean towels, I had to asked for it when I arrived to the hotel. I went to shower on one of the mornings and there was no water at all. I had to used water bottles for me and my toddler. My experience was very poor staying at the hotel this time around and I was there for 6 days and 5 nights.

I drew four hours to get to the hotel. I showed them my passport, my wife and they did not let me check in because I did not have an ID for my five year old knowing that when you have a kid, you don’t have no ID at all for them they treated me bad And they didn’t have no consideration that I was with a baby and I want a full refund back I felt so disrespectful because I had to sleep in my car because I was not able to get a room that night. Had to wait till the next day to to be able to get something.
