Pros:

Breakfast is excellent with coffee from the bar at the reception, all perfect.
Nice beer at the reception, from local brewery.
I liked the staff in general, but particularly Aline from front desk, Danilo who was present twice at breakfast and Ulisses who served us a pizza at the lobby of the hotel. All very helpful and always giving us directions and recommendations.
The hotel is located two blocks from the river, so very close to most Dublin's attractions.
The street on the back of the hotel is a reasonable shopping area, although with stores not as sophisticated as in Grafton street or Dawson street.

Cons:

We were received in the reception by Ana, who was not friendly, nor helpful at all.
We had to ask for a second person in reception for a welcome drink, which was never given by Ana.

Pros:

We liked everything. I enquired about an early check-in before we arrived as we had early morning fights. An they accommodated my request. Which i thought was good. The facilities were really clean and tidy. The room was comfy and clean. An the pizza they serve was good.

Pros:

Clean and new. Very easy to get settled.

Cons:

Coffee and boiling water was stocked in the corridor, not in the room, but it was free and unlimited. Not much to complain about...

Had high hopes for the hotel however the welcoming host really let it down the whole experience
Pros:

The location is great walking distance to the city centre, luas close by too. The decor was great and cleanliness was exceptional.

Cons:

The host that greeted me was Obnoxious and in no way friendly or pleasant. I even suggested that she should smile. There was a pleasant young English guy rebooking and extending his stay he was really excited as he was enjoying Dublin so much again she was rude to him also. None of the vending machines were working and the hot water for coffee & tea was not hot enough not even close.
