Great Stay and good value
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights and the property and staff just made us feel right at home. The location was very central to our visit to the Winston Salem area and just made it so easy to get around. There are higher quality restaurants in a 1/2 block walk so it makes for a fun evening out. And the social journey in the evening is just a fun way to unwind and meet new friends!!!

Beauitful victorian homes
Pros:

Very clean, beautiful home and delicious breakfast. We plan on returning for a stay in summer which means the garden will be in bloom! We look forward to taking advantage of the patio next time.

Cons:

The bed could use a pillow top mattress pad. We woke up every morning with sore backs.

Lovely
Pros:

Lovely experience. Clean, gracious host. Location is great, close to quant bar (JOYNER’S) and restaurants. Pool table makes for something to do on a snowy night.

What a gem!
Pros:

A wonderful stay in a heritage home close to downtown Winston Salem
Pros:

Spacious well appointed room in a beautifully restored heritage home. Friendly welcoming staff, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, delicious breakfast. Desk in the room is suitable for a work space I was able to walk to downtown in about 15 minutes. Location is in a great neighbour with minimal local traffic. Plenty of great restaurants within a short walk of the home.

Loved our stay!
Pros:

Summit Street Inns is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Winston-Salem, NC. We appreciated the evening happy hour and the breakfast. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Beautiful old home with lovely rooms. Would stay here again!

Pros:

The Inn is beautiful and in a super cute historic area. There are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance and it’s just outside of a lovely neighborhood. Staff was friendly, helpful, attentive and we had an all around great stay.

Pros:

This is one of favorite places to stay. Great rooms, beautiful decor, amazing bathrooms and quiet. My husband and I come here for our weekend get aways from the family. I leave refreshed every time.

Delightful!
Pros:

I was fortunate enough to stay four nights in the Ludlow Grande

Beautifully appointed. A very large suite, but cozy.

The staff, however, was absolutely amazing.
Mary Evelyn and Stephanie were so sweet, personable and accommodating.
And breakfast was yummy. So many options.

I will be staying there again and again. It is my new “go to” place in the Triad.

Perfect Place to Stay
Pros:

The accommodations preserved a historic presence while providing up-to-date fashionable appointments. Stephanie, the Inn's caretaker, manager, represented all the features of hospitality one would come to appreciate. The Summit Street Inn will be our stay of choice during future visits to Winston-Salem.

Perfect place for a long weekend getaway
Pros:

The ladies working at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The room was spacious and cozy. It had everything we needed. All areas were clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful space!
Pros:

This is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. It was very quiet. We could not hear any of the other tenants at all. The bed was very comfortable and the woman who met us was very nice. Everything was great. One thing that I found to be interesting was the lack of a door on the shower room. I am finding this to be more common. I guess I am old, but I like shower time to be private time.
