I like that the room was newly renovated.
- Check-in: The process was difficult as we had to call three different numbers to reach someone. Once we did make contact, the staff member arrived promptly.
- Cleanliness: While the room appeared beautifully remodeled, it was very dirty. The floors were covered in dust and debris, making it impossible to walk around without socks. Also, in the bathroom shower there was black hair.
- Shower Design: The shower placement was inconvenient. Because it can only be accessed from the right side, one has to stand fully inside to turn it on, resulting in getting soaked by cold water.
- Maintenance: Upon arrival, the toilet in the second bathroom was non-functional. After several attempts to reach staff, we eventually discovered together that the water supply had been turned off.
- Bedding: The king-size sheets were heavily stained. Additionally, we found long black hair on the bed, which was quite unsettling; fortunately, we had brought our own linens.
- Obstructions: A king headboard was left in front of our door at some point, blocking our entry when we returned late at night.
- Safety/Staff Conduct: Around 6:00 PM, we witnessed someone losing control of a metal cart carrying an appliance. The cart crashed into a wall at the bottom of the hill, and the individual involved left it there without attempting to retrieve it. And just didn't seem to care.
Due to these factors, we did not feel comfortable using the kitchen or spending time in the room, and we stayed out about 90% of the time. The environment did not feel particularly kid-friendly, nor very welcoming.
It was very affordable. The office staff was very nice.
The only concern I had is that when we opened the drawers of the dressers, there was trash from the previous people.A bunch of beef jerky boxes

Waze took us through a neighborhood to get there instead of using main roads.

Checked in our room and it smelled horrible like someone peed all in it. There was a beer can sitting on the table in our room, the floor was not vacuumed, bed had stains on it. I went to let them know at the desk and they gave me another room to look at. That room was also nasty. Tv was sitting on the floor not on a table or anything, floor was not vacuumed, I told them I would not even let my 1 year old daughter walk on the floor, this room also smelt horrible. So we went back to the desk and he took us his self to an room that was ok. I did ask for a refund so I could go somewhere else but he said it would take 7 days for it to be put back on my card. So we stayed. But I will never stay again. What should have been a free breakfast, you had to pay for. This was really the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We asked for more towels the night we got there, was told they would bring us some and never did. Also did not the next day until we asked for them again. Just all in all was horrible. After what we went through they should have discounted something for us.

Rooms are aged but very comfy
No good all bad, Gaps in door, made it just as cold outside. And to add to it they didn't care about it nor the fact I had a grandkid have emerg medical issues n had to cancel but they charge me more and lied about it. Horrible all the way around. -22
Didn't like any of the entire experience and put part of the bad in like spot so I can show just how bad it was. The worse part of all, was they lied about how it works with booking cause I talked to both and they said things not true at all! Avoid here, big joke!
