Excelente lugar. Soy cliente recurrente para viajes de negocio.

Pros:

We have booked this hotel late in the evening due to flight cancellation. On arrival we were surprised how nice the room was. It felt very clean and cozy.
The food in their lounge was amazing, we had a fantastic lunch and complimented the chef. it was european high standard food

Cons:

The only thing we didint like was the loud music outside from another place which disturbed sleep. Window installation was not great

Quarto exatamente como na foto , porém não tinha utensílios na cozinha . Tudo novo e bem cuidado. Os funcionários todos muito educados e atenciosos .

Cons:

Os passeios são vendidos 30% mais caro do que se pode comprar no local . Por exemplo pagamos 95 dólares para ilha Saona pois falaram que era um pacote diferenciado e exclusivo . Chegamos no local e as pessoas haviam pago 70 dólar para o mesmo serviço que nós . Coco bongo tbem vendem a 85 dólares e lá na hora você compra por 64 dólares .

Pros:

Lage, große Zimmer, später Check out 18:00, Nähe zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Zufahrt zum Hotel sehr schlechter Zustand. Am Pool sind alle Sonnenschirme defekt und zerrissen. Liege aus Holz schon länger defekt. Frühstückpersonal träumt und kann kein Englisch und es hat lange gebraucht das das Frühstück aus der Küche kamm und schmeckte dazu nicht gut, es gab auch keine Auswahl und der Rest musste teuer bezahlt werden.
Putzpersonal kann englisch.

Man findet einen schönen Pool und moderne Zimmerausstattung und ein freundliches Personal vor. Für Kurzaufenthalt aber völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Frühstück sehr einfach und die Lage zwischen zwei Bauruinen ist nicht einladend.

El servicio del restaurante es muy lento y muchas de las cosas que están en la carta no estaban disponibles. El personal, siendo que habla español, no retenían los pedidos había que pedir varias veces las cosas.

Pros:

Beautiful pool, room was bougie and to high spec, staff were friendly

Cons:

Loads of building works going on, as well as right next to the main road so was quite noisy/not great atmosphere, poorly signposted if coming by car.

An sich schönes Hotel mit Abzug in der B Note
Pros:

Schöne moderne und große Zimmer.
Großer Pool. Leckeres Abendessen in der Bar mit sehr freundlichem Personal im Gegensatz zu morgens.

Cons:

Küchenausstattung wirklich schlecht. Gab nicht Mals eine Gabel, einen Kochtopf oder ein pfannenwender. Ebenso kein Mülleimer, es gab nur einen Mini Kosmetik Eimer im Bad.
Finger weg vom Frühstück. Kleine Portionen zu überteuerten Preisen und der Kellner bei uns morgens war auch eine einzige Katastrophe. Ewig gedauert bis wir mal eine Karte bekommen haben geschweige denn dann das Essen trotz dass nicht viel los war.
Bei der Lage muss man sich halt bewusst sein dass sie an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt.
