Pros:

The staff were genuinely very kind, including the hotel manager. Everyone was always attentive and willing to help with whatever was needed.

Cons:

The food, especially room service, was quite underwhelming in both quality and presentation. No matter how I ordered it, I never got a steak cooked to the doneness I requested. Breakfast was an exception, it was great!
Another issue that really needs attention is the background music throughout the hotel. The same loud disco/techno-style music plays everywhere — hallways, pool area, restaurant, lobby — and it became overwhelming. It was honestly so suffocating at times that I preferred staying in my room all day or get out a sit somewhere else. I mentioned this a couple of times, but the staff told me it is the same across all hotels in the chain and they couldn't do anything.
