Le spa bien que le jacuzzi ne bulle pas suffisamment.
La domotique des chambres peu intuitive .
La fermeture incessante de la porte de salle de bain très dangereuse car aucune cellule de détection si quelque chose est entre deux .

Sparkling new well appointed hotel, with lovely rooms, comfy beds and excellent breakfast. Staff were lovely and the location close to bars restaurants and key sites. The small spa was also lovely
The auto door closing on the bathroom was frustrating

Friendliness and professionalism of staff, food was excellent. We got an upgrade on arrival which was very much appreciated and totally unexpected which made us feel special. Wellness facilities were excellent and toiletries both there and in room were top range. All the in room facilities we could ask for. Location is very central only 5 minutes walk to all the main areas - Grafton, st, o’Connell st, temple bar etc. a very enjoyable stay, very comfy bed and we would go back

Lokalita hotela je výborná, na tichej ulici, ale centrum mesta a všetky dôležité atrakcie dostupné za pár minút chôdze. Vynikajúca kvalita postele, paplónu a vankúšov.

The friendly staff, the delicious breakfast, and the bathroom. The bed was also really comfortable.
The bedroom was very small and there was no robe. The sensor doors were also a bit of a gimmick.

The location was excellent, very close to the city centre, with absolutely no street noise, which allowed us to enjoy an amazing night sleep. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable.
The housekeeping team did a truly outstanding job, everything was spotless, not a single speck of dust, and the room was perfectly clean and shiny.
We also visited the bar and restaurant, where both the food and drinks were delicious. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling.
We truly wish we could have stayed longer. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly rich and delicious breakfast. Everything was excellent, and we thank you for such a wonderful last night in Ireland.

niemiłą niespodzianką była reakcja na prośbę o przedłużenie doby hotelowej ze względu na nasz późno popołudniowy lot: otrzymaliśmy tylko 1 h przedłużenia gratis, a jedyną inną możliwością było przedłużenie o kolejną godzinę, która miałaby kosztować 100 € - dodam, że zatrzymywaliśmy się na 5 nocy
