Pros:

Infrastructure what you expect from PC

Cons:

No daily room cleaning service, no daily supply of toiletries, breakfast items running short all the times & you wait & wait

Location and room

Cons:

They are severely short on staff. No room service. No portal. One guard at gate plus at the security.

Pros:

They had water problems beds were dirty room service was not that good

Cons:

While taking shower i ran out of water, complained about it but same night i was unable to wash while sitting in the e bathroom

Cons:

2박 숙박시 타올교체를 하지않아 호출로 교체 하였으며 특별히 훈자에서 중국으로 가는 고객의 조식 시간을 고려 하여주었으면 금상첨화 입니다.

Pros:

I along with my family stayed three nights in end June 2026. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed hospitality. The atmosphere, scenic view and ambience is outstanding. Quality of food, housekeeping and all allied facilities are marvellous.

Cons:

Here, I would specifically like to mention about the Receptionist Ms Attiqa and hotel management for making our stay commendable. The lady remained forthcoming in providing us the best suited accommodation and helped us about planning our trip to various places in Hunza besides giving us candid advise depending upon weather conditions which speaks of her professional acumen and helping outlook. Our esteemed appreciations for GM and his whole team members.

Pros:

Staff attitude, kids play area and especially the room view, it was breathtaking.

Cons:

Nothing as such, surroundings are beautiful especially the Rakaposhi view however the distance to Karimaabad is 25mins.
