RS Boutique Apartments

We hebben vorige week een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij RS Boutique Apartments! De locatie is werkelijk perfect: je wandelt in één minuut naar de promenade, bent binnen vijf minuten op het strand en staat in twee minuten midden in de gezellige straatjes vol bars en restaurants.
Het gebouw is onlangs gerenoveerd en alles was super schoon. De gastvrijheid was top; het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. En de bedden? Serieus, die horen bij de beste waar we ooit in hebben geslapen! Het was de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor onze 4-daagse trip naar Alicante. Zoek je nog een plek om te overnachten?

Exceptional location, very friendly staff and lovely , clean facility. I highly recommend a stay in these apartments.

It is in the heart of Alicante, 30 meters from the seafront promenade and within walking distance of many important sights. These include the famous harbor where the Volvo Ocean Race started; hundreds of restaurants; 24-hour shops; the castle hill with the Santa Barbara fortress on top; the Concatedral de San Nicolás; the Santa María church; the Ocean Race Museum; the Museum of Illusions; and the lovely districts of the city, such as Santa Cruz, which is a must-see.
The incredibly helpful staff is available on WhatsApp around the clock. The room is properly cleaned and equipped, and full privacy is granted.
As a nice surprise, despite this being an apartment hotel with a fully equipped kitchen, we received a breakfast bucket with hot coffee, milk, and fresh baked goods every morning by 9 a.m.
It's worth noting that the staff goes the extra mile for clients. Due to an agricultural demonstration and consequently closed roads in the city, we would have missed our flight if not for the staff's quick and efficient support in arranging last-minute transportation for us.

Apparemment neuf , propre , confortable .
Il est très bien placé, proche des commodités , restos , plage ,plein centre ville mais pas bruyant.
Le personnel est à l'écoute de nos préférences.
J'y retournerai.

Location was perfect , very clean , would book again
Keypad entry on the main door was easy use , access to the luggage room was brilliant as we had a late flight home .

Everything was perfect😊 It was a big apartment with everything we needed, next to the beach! Good terrace! Nice people!

Very attentive team from the moment of booking making sure all the stuff was ready so that check in day was straight forward, location was more central than I thought literally off the main promenade in the centre of Alicante. Building was spotless, smelt fresh, the apartment was well equipped and well designed, full kitchen for use, clean spacious bathroom, bedroom was modern and comfortable and a lounge area with dining table a nice touch, breakfast hamper was plentiful fresh nice produce and again very attentive staff messaging when it was ready to collect, cleaning staff always present and if do not disturb was placed they add a little card to still offer services if you wish.
