Todo!! La comodidad, el servicio, la atencion y preocupacion, fueron muy amorosos... 10 de 10 no nos hicieron sentir un numero más como huesped, de verdad sentimos su preocupacion en cada detalle.
Agradecer especialmente a Bikram, Urmila, Susmita y Sapana quieres me ayudaron, muy amablemente, mientras me encontraba mal de salud haciendo todo lo posible para que pudiers recibir mi tratamiento. Realmente les debo la vida y los recordare siempre como las mejores personas que pude haber encontrado en este viaje.

Sushmita, Sapna, Roshan, salish and mausumi were very helpful during my stay. I loved my room with the lake view and huge balcony. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly, pleasant and caring as I was traveling alone.

The hotel provided an airport pick-up service, which was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Overall, the hotel is great for its price, offering all the necessary amenities with good cleanliness.
It was also located in a nice area where you can step outside and find various cafés and restaurants.
The bathroom was slightly old, but it is what it is. After trekking and staying in guesthouses, this bathroom was great—haha.
Booked a triple bed room but was upgraded for free to a family suite. Very welcoming staff, exceptional and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast is very much up to standard. The view from the restaurant is absolutely phenomenal.
The location is excellent with many services, restaurants, etc. in close proximity.
The family suite did not have a full body mirror to refer to before going out. Would have been a great addition. The bathroom lock was also malfunctioning but the staff helped us out.
A personal point to note was that the mattresses and pillows were too soft (weird complaint) which caused body aches after sleeping. May be something to note for people who prefer harder mattresses.
We were on the 5th floor of the hotel and had a good view of the Lake and the mountain ranges, it's very close to the market and all the temples, The staff was very nice, breakfast was good, internet worked perfectly i needed that as I was working, the overall ambience of the hotel is very good. They helped me to convert indian rupees to napali currency. I was there for 3 nights, one can walk just out of the hotel and enjoy the Pokhara night life.
