Estancia poco recomendable
Pros:

Bien ubicado

Cons:

Nos picaron chinches durmiendo y les dejamos ropa para lavar, las prendas volvieron sucias y 2 camisetas de verano totalmente deterioradas. Para dar un servicio semejante, sería mejor que no lo prestasen.

Top hotel, echt een aanrader.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt heel centraal, en dichtbij het meer. De hotelkamer was royaal, schoon, goede bedden en badkamer faciliteiten. Het ontbijt was zeer, maar dan ook zeer uitgebreid. Op de dag van aankomst ook in het restaurant (met uitzicht over het meer) geluncht. Zeer gastvrije bediening en een goede keuken. Ook receptie personeel is zeer gastvrij en zorgt voor een warm welkom gevoel.

Overall it was really a nice stay for us. Staffs were friendly and responsive.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. Had multiple options to choose from. It was delicious as well. The location was perfect. The view from the rooftop restaurant was fabulous. Having breakfast by looking at Phewa lake was such a nice and serene moment.

Cons:

The paid wifi at room 204 was quite slow, so that can be improved to make that better.

Service gericht top hotel!
Pros:

Onze grote backpacks hadden wij in het hotel achtergelaten (keurig opgeslagen), en hebben de 7 daagse Annapurna Basecamp trail gedaan. Bij terugkeer kregen wij een upgrade van onze hotelkamer naar een groot appartement. Wow, wat een service, zeer gewaardeerd, en zeker na een 7-daagse trail was dit een zeer aangename verrassing.

Pros:

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.
Ausserdem gab es täglich kostenloses Wasser, soviel man brauchte.

Cons:

Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche war leider nicht makellos sauber.
Die Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen war begrenzt (insgesamt 3 Kleiderbügel im Doppelzimmer - keine Gardrobe o. sonst. Haken vorhanden)

Pros:

Ens van fer un upgrade d'habitació i això s'agraeix. L'habitació king size era molt gran, amb un sofà, una municions, microones i nevera.
A l'habitació hi havia aigua embotellada i sabons.
L'esmorzar força complet, opcions dolces, cereals, fruites i opcions salades cuinades.

Cons:

Les tovalloles estan velles i algunes parts de l'habitació descuidades. Li vindria bé un manteniment, així també semblaria més net.

Incredible value and wonderful rooms.
Pros:

It was very nice inside and out. Received a room upgrade from two queen rooms to a two bedroom suite with great balcony and views. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and beds fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing. This hotel totally exceeded expectations.

Pros:

A charming and very comfortable hotel in the heart of Pokhara. I loved the location - next to everything and just a short walk away from the lakeside. The view from the balcony was stunning. I was upgraded to the suit room, so I had lots of space. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and yummy breakfast which was changing every day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I had a great time at this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing which was a bit annoying was water coming out from the bath tub which I asked the staff about thinking it's a leak and it was not fixed. Maybe it was built like that. I guess, I would prefer a regular shower.

Excellent hotel to stay in Pokhara
Pros:

Perfect hotel 3 min walk from the lake. People were super nice, breakfast was excellent and room was very clean and spacious. We loved our stay here!
