The location was great. The staff were exceptional and could not enough for us. The deluxe room was large and comfortable. It was kept very clean with a full service every day.
Breakfast was full with fruit bowl, choice of museli or cereal, juice, eggs cooked how you like and toast and jam or honey
We spent a most enjoyable time here.
It was far too expensive for Nepal. £300 for 4 nights. Price could come down, especially off season.
Great location. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. They upgraded me to a suite free of charge. They arranged my airport pickup. Even though my flight was delayed by more than 4.5 hours, they still monitored it and were at the airport on time.

Easy location to wander Lakeside. Great restaurant on site. Lovely staff. Good views of lake, world peace pagoda, etc.
Being one of the tallest buildings with lots of windows and glass doors meant I could hear everything going on in Lakeside. Tons of yelling tourists, the clubs around blasting deep bass music until 4-5 am, beeping car horns, etc. I understand the downtown location makes some of this predictable but it was much more intense than I expected.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien. Les suites à l’étage 6 ont une belle vue sur le lac.
C’est un hôtel qui est proche d’une club disco et la musique très forte empêche de dormir jusqu’à 5h30. Il est impossible de dormir et le bruit s’intensifie après 2 h du matin . J’ai du dormir le jour et cela a gâcher mon séjour à Pokhara . Le wifi est également très mauvais. Je n’ai pas prolongé mon séjour pour choisir un hôtel plus paisible .

Great location and very helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a mini-fridge in the room.
The room felt a bit tired and dated. There were stains on the walls and the shower curtain felt a little old. The shower was also a bit small and the room was not cleaned unless requested, which was not mentioned to me at check-in.
Location is good. Centrally located in the lakside area.
