Pros:

Das Gym, Rooftop Bar waren echt super. Das Zimmer war auch sehr zweckmässig und sauber. Die Einrichtung sehr modern. Das Frühstück auch super.

Cons:

Es ist etwas weit weg von der Altstadt und es hat viel verkehr.

Cons:

Conseguir una factura con valor fiscal es una misión dura, luego de marcharme con la promesa de que me la enviarían a mi correo termine llamando casi 2 semanas después para ser atendido por una joven que no debería estar al teléfono, obviamente ni una mínima disculpa siendo que el problema no lo había generado yo, por el contrario fue impertinente y grosera. Lo que fue muy bien, una joven al teléfono lo destruyó en pocos minutos.

From the front desk staff to the concierge to my chambermaid Yesica H. I had the best time of my life at the Marriott.
Pros:

The hospitality at Marriott Piantini, is the best you will find in Santo Domingo. I am a bachelors graduate in hospitality and management in this exceeded my expectations. The staff comes and clean your room to perfection when you are not there so you always come back to a fresh clean room.

Cons:

The property is perfect. There should be no section to say anything bad about this perfect hotel.
