Only negative i arrived at 16:30 and the room was not ready. As the hotel expect to check out at time, customers also expect to find the room ready at time of agreement 15:00! Special for this price

Excellent choice

The staff are friendly. However, some of the room is broken and i have left something behind to the hotel and the hotel won't notice their customer for this.

More importantly - the fragrance within the room is too strong and i don't think many customers can take this.

Loved our stay we went for a friends wedding to Saudi & I must say amazing ppl, staff and the place was clean and quite. One thing I would say was the shower pressure wasn’t that great but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience of the mall & supermarket it’s a must to check out. 10/10 experience no alcohol but nonalcoholic beverages were excellent wherever we went. Tons of roof top lounges to check out

It is perfect for Business stay in Jeddha, central near the sea side integrated in the Red Sea Mall.

My sleep was interrupted by a smoke alarm. I had to move removes at 4 am, and I was not compensated for the disturbance of my sleep.

Very nice boutique hotel. It is close to the corniche which is lovely, but it is a bit far from the downtown area. If transportation is an isssue then distance is something to consider. Other than that, lovely place. Rooms were comfortable, beautiful, modern with large windows. Would definitely stay again.

If something goes wrong, things moves slowly. We were given a dirty room when we checked in and the supervisor helped to find a new room. After waiting for almost a hour, new room was assigned.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen direkt an der Red Sea Mall und bietet somit alle Möglichkeiten von Shopping bis vielen Restaurants. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt mit dem Nachteil, dass alle Kühlaggregate der Mall vor den Zimmern einen ohrenbetäubenden Lärm Verursachen und die Fenster zum vibrieren bringen. Darum Zimmer buchen mit Blick aufs Meer. Leider hat dieser Umstand niemand interessiert an der Reception - dreimal um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten und es wurde nie beachtet.

The hotel has only been open for a few months. The standard room is spacious with new furniture and is supposed to be high-tech. But the curtain is mannual and there are lights on one side of the bed and not on the same side of the phone. I have had a problem with housekeeping. I asked to clean the room by lightening the sign “clean up my room” at 11:00 a.m.I came back to the room at 6:30 p.m., and the room was not clean.
The air conditioning was not cold, so I called the maintenance. All he did was put the temperature down to 15 and said now would be cold. The third thing is that the bed sheet smells bad, though it looks clean and in good condition.
